Our defense has been strong all year and getting our middle linebacker 28 back and olb 16 eligible has taken it to a whole new level. Defensive line is violent. We didn’t throw much against Greeneville but 10 has a great arm as well.

Wow. Most of our skill guys go both ways but up front we are one way only except a beef package in short yardage situations. Linebackers are strictly defense also.

Question for the upperman faithful... did I see that your qb plays both sides of the ball?? And also how many of your linemen play both ways??

It’s really cool to see a team from Putnam county have some success. I know y’all’s backs are against the wall with the administration up there. It’s pathetic really that they won’t invest in their programs, maybe upperman football will open their eyes.

I think it’d be similar to the crowd we took to ETSU this year. Let’s not count our chickens before they hatch. Upperman isn’t going to just come in here and lay down. They have played the big games against Alcoa, it’s a program similar to Betsy prior to us taking what we deserved. I’ll say this, if our defense plays anything remotely close to the past 2 games it’ll be a long night for Baxter. But they are a tough nosed program, just don’t think they have enough to over power us.

I don’t know but man he was good lol. I think his pops was a pretty good coach too. Unfortunately his favorite color was that ugly green.

We’ve been lucky to see the Bryson show for 4 years. Freshman year as a RB and the final 3 as QB1. Rollins V. Rollins sounds like a good matchup for some semifinal football. Can’t wait!

And 2nd all time in the state of TN for touchdowns (passing and rushing combined).

I have much respect for upperman. I know y’all’s system very well and I know that athletics are not in high regards for the administration up there so kudos to your coaching staff and players for showing them it’s important! You may be right. I will say this, that region is trash. Playing in region 1 has been an advantage and disadvantage. Credit to Greeneville for pushing our program to the next step, it also prepares you for the next level.

Our defense is legit. The amount of speed and skill in the backfield and perimeter we stopped tonight is phenomenal. On offense like it was stated above we flow through 10. Great runner and has an excellent arm. I think the term I would use to describe Betsy this year would be disciplined.

We know about nail bitters with Alcoa haha. They made us better, playing Greeneville also made us better. Good luck and safe travels, it’s a great football town experience.

You do realize the middle school got their eyes beat in by Elizabethton so I don’t see that happening. Greeneville has an outstanding team this year and very well may win another one but to think this cycle will end is ignorant. Hope for a good game tonight and may the best team win. Go cyclones.

Upperman would be a 3 td underdog against either Betsy or Greeneville.
