Heard whited asked for a multiple year contract with no teaching clause and it got rejected. Is it true???

Book it, write it in STONE! SMHS will beat Bradley Central tonight.

Stone has a lot of weapons. 5 that can score from anywhere and then 2 Sophs that come off the bench and shoot better than 50% from the 3, and not to mention the play really good D too? This team is legit and you’ll have to be on your game (no matter who you are in the state) to beat them. They should make the dance and a real good run in it. These girls deserve A LOT more credit than they get. Crossville never gets credit for their teams because no one wants to cover them (Nashville, knoxville, and Chattanooga is too far to cover them).

White co beat SMHS 59-58. SMHS had a shot at buzzer. White is well coached with one really good player and 4 role players who do there job well. Districts should be fun. Top 3-4 seem to be fairly close.

At warren

Warren county beat SMHS in ot. 68-66.

At the end of the day wchs got the win but it’s really only psychologically. 1-2 in district is all either one of these teams needs big picture wise. Districts are at wchs as well as regions. District tournament champs is the goal so you can be opposite Cleveland in the regions. No one is looking forward to seeing them before they have to. Coach Mitchell had them ready tonight no doubt.

Wchs definitely the better team tonight. Would gestimate 50-60 fouls called in the game. Tonight’s refs have no business in a game that has any impact on postseason. Slaten as advertised. Look forward to 2 more meetings with these 2.

30-23 wchs at the halftime. Refs are getting in the way of what is a good game. Definitely best 2 in the district. Wchs has a deeper bench and that’s making a difference. Smhs looks tired.

79-41 final. SMHS

SMHS up 40-22 on wchs at halftime.

At some point these boys (SMHS) are going to get the credit they deserve. They shoot it well from the perimeter and they’ll pass you to death in man. They play tough defense every night. They aren’t flashy, but they just keep winning (by 20+ in district). They don’t have just one scorer. They have 6 that can go double figures any night. Better keep an eye (or 2) on these boys on the mountain. They’re unselfish and a tough out imo.

64-43 final. At SMHS vs chs.

SMHS beat warren county tonight by 25 and it didn’t feel that close. Looking forward to the rest of the district.
