Greenville only shot 2 ft at the beginning of the game against UHS at the beginning of the game and did not shoot a ft the last 30 mins of the game. I don't think I have ever heard of that. I do think upperman is really good but that was just a crazy stat

Just saw where Cade Capps from Stone Memorials Dad posted that mri results showed he played with a major labrum and bicep tear in shooting arm all season and that he has to have surgery. So,I guess he is the toughest kid alive. Amazing what that kid did with such a major injury in shooting arm. Wish him the best at the next level. Figure he may have to redshirt now but hopefully he gets fixed and back to 100%. Also good luck to your kid in the state tournament.

Looking forward to watching smith. I have heard great things. However, Webb plays such good defense it may be hard for him. I watched game on nfhs last night and they made it hard for that Sanderson kid . He is a great player with power 5 offers but Webb can flat out guard from what it looked like last night. Wish I would have watched this team more this season. They can play

He has a compressed nerve causing numbness,weakness and severe tightness that he has fought all year. If you have ever had a nerve issue you would understand that it's not fine. So yes he is pretty tough to deal with that. He will do great at the next level. Very skilled and obviously knows with better players around him he won't have the green light all the time . He will be an impact player there with his size and scoring ability. I have enjoyed watching him and wish all these kids success. I wish stone the best next year as well and think Jack Cordell is a good starting piece for them and will be there watching him. Love these upper Cumberland teams- boys and girls.

Yea they battled. Cade has had a shoulder injury and it has messed with his shot. Hate that for him but hopefully he can get it fixed now and go upperman now. Cheering for them.

Keep us updated. Stone memorial battled but lost. Cade capps has a shoulder injury on shooting shoulder and his outside shots were affected but he battled and almost brought them back. Heck of a season. His shoulder has been messed up since January and he just kept battling. Once he gets that fixed the kid will have a heck of a career at Trevecca I wish him the best . Go upperman now. Hope they win it all.

I would like to see that Greenville game. Trey thompson is the real deal and tn high has that one really good guard. Very interested in that game. We shall see. I hope stone can beat tullahoma. They have so much inexperience it's hard to say.

I was at stone game. Marshall pressured them and turned the younger guards over alot. Marshall shot the ball better than I thought. Jack Cordell played a good game and Capps literally put the team on his shoulders the second half. I saw he had 34 but I think 26 of those were in second half. I was glad to see Upperman pulled it out as well anybody got much info on tullahoma?

Marshall co was better than expected. I knew they would pressure but didn't think they would shoot as well as they did. Stone would get up 8 or 9 but couldn't pull away. Capps took over in second half and they could not stop him. Someone said he had 26 in second half. My man Cordell had another strong game and I think had 15 or 16. Stones younger guards kept turning it over but in their defense they are inexperienced and have not seen that type of pressure. Glad upperman and stone pulled it out. How good is tullahoma

I agree he played the game of his life and I was proud of him. I told him he was the best player on the floor from both teams last night. He just grinned. I hope it carries over. Only thing is when you play a game like that you start getting more attention on the scouting reports but I think he will finish strong

Yes they sold their home in fentress at the end of last school year and moved to Crossville beginning of summer I believe.

So proud of Jack Cordell. I am from fentress co and I have watched him previous years at clarkrange and thats the best game I have ever seen him play and he is so deserving. Great kid and great family. His dad told me he has improved so much since being at stone. His family has huge respect for the stone coach and his son. And I can assure you the capps kid is one of the best scorers I have seen and he is a good kid as well. Upperman is good. I think they win the state. And I agree the Cobb kid should get big offers and he is extremely athletic. Wishing him and Upperman the best.

I went to Sparta many times with a buddy of mine to watch slatten play when he was in hs. He was so good. I thought for sure when he transfered to tech he would be a star. Maybe it is the coach
