I agree. Last year,Huntland had the talent and won the region, but MC beat them and finished last. It was a very physical ballgame. I would expect this game to be very physical, and emotions running high. I wouldn't be surprised to see some personal fouls like last year (from either team). #MicahStrong

I praised MC's DE's for last weeks play against the wing T, but I was wrong. City had a plan, and they executed well against these inexperienced DE's. I have to give credit where credit is do. They also took our best player out of the game offensively. Coach White made halftime adjustments with personal that made a huge impact on City's run game in the second half. It was just to little to late. I'm proud of the boys for fighting back in the game. It was tied 22-22 with a minute left, and they fell short. Lastly, #5 Kyler Parker for MC is a player!

Any new updates on Micah McClendon? My daughter, wife, and I have been thinking of him all weekend.

Great post. We had some back and forths this week on the forum that seem so ridiculous now. I have talked to several people in our community, and there have been prayers going up all day from Moore county. Prayers for Micah McClendon, his family, his teammates, and Chapel Hill. Please Lord bless them with your merciful grace.

I also forgot to mention MC's defensive ends. I was worried about them because of their inexperience, but what they lack in inexperience, they make up for it in athletic ability, grit, and physical play. They do not shy away from contact, they will flat out hit you. I thought chapel hill's wing T would get them but not at all. "CONTACT "

MC's offense wasn't clicking as good tonight as it was against cornersville. Parker missed several throws tonight that he made against cornersville. We still lack a steady running game. The defense played well. They fly around and hit people hard. I am still very excited about this team and its coaching staff, though.

As many pass attempts he has had, i don't think he has thrown a pick yet. Correct me if I'm wrong. He is a good kid too.
