A decade? Wow. Me 25+ years. Shad is the worst coach and leader I’ve ever seen. Maybe you should stop by the Maryville weight room and take a glance at how many kids bench more than there weight. Coach Waters is amazing. Parker benches 350 squat 550 power clean 355. He also stands at 5’10” 210. Thanks Maryville Also I appreciate that! Everyone loves him at Maryville. I done well....

Yes my son is a senior and yes you’re an outsider. Also I’ve been around all the staff and everyone there for many years so my opinion is my opinion. I can also call anyone i please. I’ve been holding this hand for a minute. Two coaches told me to my face he would never see the field , so I’ll take my opinion and throw it where I please. Thanks Preacher!

It’s easy..No discipline, clowns for coaches. The culture will never change because parents do want better for there kids and move them to a better school (athletic). I didn’t want to gamble with my boys health or future. I know he’s not a big time D1 athlete but he his a college athlete. I didn’t feel he would develop into what he is now anywhere else. Parker is almost 45lbs heavier and extremely strong being in Maryville weight room. In my opinion when your lineman are benching 200-225 you have a problem. Wb has no discipline on any aspect of the game. Players can only mirror the coaches. Like I said it’s not the schools fault, it’s select few that run the football program. Kids can only do what they’ve been taught to do.

If he would have been a four year starter he would’ve been plagued by injuries. Not butt hurt but gratified that I decided it was time to leave after Lenoir City game in 2017. A two year starter at Maryville was the beat thing for him, check his statistics. He’s very high in record books. Personally I still don’t think he gets enough credit but I’m biased so it really doesn’t matter

To be completely honest with you I did it because it makes me feel better. Honestly it’s just a handful of people that it is directed toward. Coaching staff at WB and a few boosters. Really the only two I respect from that organization is Scott Cupp and Justin Ridge.

Been saving this for awhile now...This is for all you Rebel haters that bashed my son and said he would never see the field At Maryville, especially Coach Satterfield ,Coach Shad. 2x State champ ( undefeated heading to 3rd!) Helped lead his team to victory over Alcoa with 26 carries 116 yards and earned player of the game 2019 junior season All State 6A running back (coach poll) All region 6A running back (1st team) 1,267 yards. 227 vs Farragut (school record) capped off season with State championship senior season Undefeated so far knocking on a 1,000 yards now with 3 regular season games left. In the discussion for Mr.Football 6A. But most importantly to him this season means nothing without a ring.That’s all I have for now. Thanks to all the WB family who doubted him. You fueled his fire even more
