  1. The only thing I can think think of, Don't give Pope an extra chance to get the ball. Very few teams can match up to him on a high school level.
  2. My son just sent me a text to make sure we had tickets. He said they were sold out.
  3. I haven't seen the tape. But, I know you guys have a top notch coaching staff. Whatever the reason is, y'all will have to accept it.
  4. I was young, but I remember watching highlights of him on WBBj. I remember him more in college.
  5. 55-20. BA moved on to face a loaded Milan team with Brian Dance and George Kidd in the backfield. Which they beat 45-7. Even in the rain there was an estimated 6,000 there.
  6. The whole town was at that BA game. Creek Wood vs Lexington in 2005 was standing room only also.
  7. It's hard to beat a good team twice. But, I think the line play wins it for Lexington. Creek Wood done some interesting things up front, but those lineman figured it. This will be a classic. The 2005 Lex/Hardin Co. game went into 3 O.T.s. I'm thinking this one is another classic.
  8. A lot of things go through your mind as a senior in the playoffs. It still shouldn't happen though. Is there any update on the injured CW player?
  9. It's win or go home. I expected them to do a few.
  10. I hate that. I think I have watch every team in Region 5 thanks to your video guys. They do a good job.
  11. They might have 2 kids on that line that are 250-260. 3 are at least 275.
  12. Those were some really good teams. I thought the 2012 team was probably the the best one. We had some really good region games back then also.
  13. This year's line is the best one Lexington has had in a long time. But, they took thier lumps. Most of them are 3 year starters, even the lone junior. They had some growing pains for a little bit
  14. You pulling that old school Lou Hotlz approach? "I just hope we can keep it close". In all honesty, this is on heck of a match up. I'm think what HC can do in the run game benifits them a lot. They have found different ways to get the ball into Pope's hands and he's just as explosive as anyone. I also noticed they've sent Whitley down the seam a few times. I didn't see that against Lexington.
  15. I respect that. But IMO, that Lexington-Hardin Co. game wasn't even close. I think Lexington left no doubt that they were the best team in the region.
  16. It's going to be a good one. I picked Milan to play in the Alcoa Invitational in week 3, I'm sticking to it.
  17. I know a lot of people in West Tennessee picked Haywood to come out of this bracket, but I truly think it's going to be one of those 4 teams. I've watched all 4 play multiple times, I just believe they play better football.
  18. Springfield has had a lot of teams numbers as of late. No doubt they are going to be a tough out.
  19. This should be a great one. I'm going with HC. I thought they had an excellent plan against Milan, but they just didn't execute it as planned. Looks like they have everything rolling now.
  20. You both are right. They have some guys, but they self destruct when things go sideways also.
  21. Yeah it is. There has been many times that I went there to research one team and end up looking a school from another state's history.
  22. Thanks. I use it already, but sometimes I get lazy so I just ask. @tradertwo was one of the posters that I learned to trust years ago on this website. I knew he would have a valid answer. I quit posting on this site 7 years ago, but I still remember the posters that brought value to each thread.
