I agree I think there are more contenders for that Gold ball than there has been in a while. I'm anxious to see what NCS brings to the table as I think they have a brutal non conference schedule, big win for Coach Brothers and his team beating a struggling BGA team. Opened up with FRA and Goodpasture loss by a combine of 7 points with chances to win at the end of each of those games. I hear Friendship is looking physical and playing some great football as well. Who else in the East?

Congrats to DCA and that community for bringing home the game ball. I have to say a state championship game like this was really taken away by the officiating, NCS having two touchdowns called back, 40 plus yard run by Josh Strickland Jr, and a 80 plus kickoff return by Jaelyn Marsh was by far the true turning point of the game. Potentially being tied 14-14 going into the half and NCS getting the ball back really changes a lot of things IMO. But like I stated congrats to those seniors of DCA the true meaning of buying in and not given up after going 0-10 three years ago, to winning a state championship! Congrats!!!

It's supposed to be great football weather high 60's, so I would say this is going to be a great game. NCS will have to establish the run early, against that tough defense. I do think it will be a great game I am saying 28-24 NCS for the Gold Ball. Should be a great game I am excited to watch.

If USJ is healthy I think USJ will get the win in a close game. DCA has great coaching, doesn't make a lot of mistakes and are physical. I think it'll be a great game USJ winning 28-17. (If their (USJ) running back is healthy heard he tweaked his knee and didn't even play in quarterfinal game, doesn't look like they needed him anyways). If he is limited could be a very long game.

Does anyone know why DCA and MTCS doesn't have their stats on unapproved website? Or is there somewhere we can find them, I'd just like to compare some things to the players in the league.

I am very interested to see how this pans out, as there are some talented kids in the middle division alone. I know the west USJ's running back has had a very productive season. I would expect the QB at MTCS would be in the running, for it as well. The middle region I would put say the running back Josh Strickland Jr would be a great Candidate as well, the RB from DCA has had a monster season. The OL/DL from Grace #77 has also had a productive season. Just thoughts as I know the Mr.Football award is right around the corner.

I have been searching on the TSSAA website to see if this job opening is there, and haven't seen it yet. Can someone confirm this please? Very nice facilities for sure!
