This game just proves how elite Oakland is. Bradley was an elite program in my opinion this year. Would’ve beaten any other team in the state outside of Oakland by 2-3 scores. Beyond proud of this group of players and coaches. Coach Creasy has figured out the formula to succeed with that type of talent they continue to bring in. Congrats to Oakland, you guys will be getting another Gold Ball. Looking forward to see how BC looks in the off-season. Hopefully some local Southeast TN athletes realize the type of person Damon Floyd is and can see that in how his guys plays for him. The boys fought back last night in the 2nd half and that continued throughout the game, despite getting practically dominated. Go Bears!!

Jenkins and Stadium BBQ would be my next two suggestions. Stadium BBQ is really close to campus. Both are good little atmospheres with great service. Jenkins will for sure be more crowded. Plenty of good Mexican restaurants that are close as well.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Hope both teams have a nice practice this morning before getting to spend some quality time with family today. Let’s all eat a lot, watch some football, have a few drinks, and get some good sleep before tomorrow gets here!! Game Day!!! Can Bearden slow down Boo and K12? If they do, watch out for #1, #2, and #4!!! Can Bearden establish some offense without Merriweather? That BC defense is something else!! Go Bears!!!

I think someone already mentioned it, but Bradley only returns 3 starters on defense. One defensive back, one linebacker, and one defensive lineman. The jv is really good but it’s a different game on Friday nights. I have no doubt that Bradley will have another great season next year, but you can’t expect them to be just as explosive when you lose that much talent in one season. The kid from LFMS will start next season on defense. I’m not sure what his name is but he is HUGE and athletic! Exciting to see the program make a jump, and hopefully the region keeps running through Bradley County! Bearden is a lot younger team though :/

The regular season matchup between these two was as one sided as I’ve seen in a big game. Bradley seems to be clicking on all cylinders right now. That being said, Bearden is an extremely talented team and really well coached. I expect this matchup to be similar to the Maryville game last night. Good game going into halftime, and then BC eventually explodes. K12 and Boo are DUDES!!! And this defense!!! My gosh this defense!! Go Bears!!!

Gameday!!! Game of the week across the state, and potentially across the nation tonight. The Bears seem to have the upper edge in this one going into it, but Maryville is still Maryville. They’ve been here and done it countless consecutive times. I like Bradley in this one, but as always, they cannot have a down game. Last time they played in the regular season, Bradley had 2 fumbles late inside the red zone that ultimately kept Maryville in the game. A couple turnovers tonight will most likely have a different outcome. Bears protect the ball and they go to the 3rd round. Excited for this one!!! QB1, Boo, and Jackson Wilson!!! And that defense all around

There is another gate, but they usually lock it. If you go to Star Vue Drive, all the local shops there allow free parking and there is a small gate that leads to the parking lot right next to the stadium. Sometimes the tennis or track teams post up at the gate to ask for donations to their program, but not a mandated fee. Best parking spots for Bradley games.

We’re not all bad fans. Next week is going to be a war. I do think my bears take this one, but absolutely am not garunteeing it. With that being said, I do think it will take a great effort by Maryville to win this. Bradley is super fast and that defense is wicked! QB1 has been showing out as of late If anyone can do it, it’s the rebels. Go Bears!!!!

Game is in delay. West Ridge bus broke down on the way to town. Showed up around 30 minutes until kickoff.

The athleticism of your players probably means more than coaching. Look at Maryville, you think Derek Hunt just got out coached this season? Or is it because he doesn’t have a field of division 1 talent for the first time in his career? No knock to their current players, they’re still a hard nosed good football team. The fact is, coaching makes the difference in less outcomes of games than you think. It matters, no doubt about it, but sometimes your guys are just outmanned by size, strength, speed, etc.

Playoff time! Not riding any opponent off this time of the year. West Ridge didn’t seem to have the best year, but congrats on still making the postseason! I think it will have to take a tremendous effort by West Ridge, along with Bradley having a really bad game for West Ridge to win this one. I think the boys come out ready to play Friday night! Bears win this one big!! Go Bears!!!

Game day!!! Expecting a packed house tonight at Bear Stadium! Obviously, winning this game matters as it is the region championship game. But the loser in this one is not in rough shape at all either. 2nd place in the region means you would avoid having to play Maryville until the quarterfinal. They have been catching fire as of late, including a big win against their rival Alcoa. Everyone knows what Maryville has been about in the past, and they are still a huge matchup for anyone in the playoffs! Winner of this game will more than likely play then in the 2nd round. 6A football is a different animal!!! Bears beat Bearden 28-17
