Then I ask why the high school coaches want all the credit for a ball player that they have in high school. The girls did not get their training in high school they got it in the summer when we are out their when its was cold and when its hot in the summer. High school ball in Tennessee has hurt some kids that are good ball players and have to play on not so good high school teams. I wish the tssaa would play ball in the fall and leave the spring alone. That way the Tennessee teams can play some Georgia teams and see how we compare.

I'm traveling to the tournament this weekend to see SBA play they were very strong last year. I don't know who they lost last year, but if they didn't lose anyone they would be a favorite this year, but anything can happen one bad game in state and it's over. I'll watch all the teams in DII and see, Father Ryan was strong last year and so was GPS. GPS brings alot of good hitters back from last year does anyone know anything about Knox Webb this year...

Dawon was at third in that game. Do you know who she? Holly did pitch that game. I was going on memory with who that played. Hixson scored on the freshman team of sd. Name the starters at sd. I know who should be starting at hixson. I know all the starters at sd. Believe what you want but with sd starters hixson would have a hard time with them.

i watched most of the game and holly pitched dawon at 3rd porsche at ss,i think megan was catching don't who was at second whitney i think was at first rebeca was at center can't remember the other positions slept since then that looks like thats alot of varsity players sd had 3 starters on their team hixson scored on the jv team at the end on sd errors thats what i remember we played them tuesday in a scrimage and she played so i guess she is alright

Just wanted to add something to this thread i have seen with my own eyes how cruel this particular coach can be she was this way about three years ago i will sya and so will everyone out their that knows the girl that was playing for her was by far the best athlete at the school abd in this sport which was comfirmed with all tournament statis and she made a face i would never forget for the rest of my life and i made sure she knew how i felt about her and still feel that way now i saw her this weekend and said hi talked for few minutes and i was off to watch my daughter play softball but i do not hold anything against her but that doesn't mean i have to like her so being cruel i have seen her be playing favorites i have seen politics i have seen so thats all i have to say about that i wish her luck but she will have to grow up and mature and when she does she will be a good coach and help rhea cty. alot

SAM EVERETT FROM BAYLOR WILL BE ONE TO WATCH SHE PLAYS SHORT IN THE SUMMER AND HAS ALOT OF RANGE AND A VERY STRONG ARM SHE WILL BE REPLACING LARA NEWBERRY WHO GRADUATED LAST YEAR

i wolud like to know what coaches you are talking about that can't call pitches you must not have played a high level of "A" travel ball or you must have played with a coach who did not know how to look at the way a kid swings and analize how to get around her with the pitches that you call

mine are 1.sd 2.boyd.3.rb4.ootle5.bay.6gps.7er8.bled9.hix10wv. sd should win a state title,boyd has a lot of older girls,rb still has a great pitcher,ootle has good ball players all the way down politics i don't know how they will do,bay 6 or 7 strong players,gps one pitcher that i know of,er has most of their team from last year should go to state,bled don't know much but always are pretty strong if the pitcher last year that was hurt is back should compete with er,hix lost two seniors last year the team faltered at the end of the season don't know why. to all the teams mentioned good luck and remember it takes all 9 to play as a team not just one or two so play hard and support your teammates and you'll go a long way this year

Red Bank beat Ooltewah 4 to 0 today 5/2 rice pitched for ooltewah paterson for red bank sd played central and won only 2 to 0 with nikki pitching four innings. i would still like to know why sd didn't reschedule with baylor they had plenty of players and another pitcher who is a freshman jenna hale which is very good at keeping you of balance i saw baylor play this weekend in coffee cty. tourn. which they won by beating brentwood high 6 to 3 they (sd) should have played that game with baylor and played with the other 19 girls he has on his team i don't see the reason why he canceled he has plenty of players....and like everybody in softball play with who you have on your team maybe sd thought they couldn't win with the girls that he had for that game but thats no excuse he should have played the game and maybe people wouldn't have been so critical of sd for canceling the game... good luck to sd,riverdale,goodpasture,baylor,hixson,er,brentwood,red bank, hope to see you all at the state tournment

the freshman pitcher from the austin eagles is kelly troglin and does play for the austin eagles white team in the summer white. that is the team that beat the older extreme edge team in the asa state with i think CAT form riverdale pitching i had heard they were a pretty good team as a young 14u team last year i have seen kelly troglin pitch several times and she has good speed and all her pitches work well

from what i saw in the chattnoogan.com web site they had only three errors

i would watch out for hixson this year they will be stronger than you think they have a good freshman pitcher and some girls that hit the ball well i wish them luck this year
