  1. Ya, Van Eyes is going to play at Loyola on Scholarship. and Premo for FRA will be attending Belmont to play i think.
  2. ya fra did not play well, it will takes sumtime for them to get back into it, they took nearly two weeks off for christmas.
  3. CPA is 1-1 in district, they beat MLK in a tournament, so it doesnt count in their district record.
  4. yall remember that their are two other teams in that district that could pull out a win vs lipscomb and pearl cohn. so dont think they are just going to roll through the district. Both CPA and FRA have proved themselves so far
  5. it was a blow out, fra put it away early and ended up winnin by 18
  6. Well i dont knoiw how Harpeth is this year, but CPA doesnt have anything except a point Gaurd who can shoot nearly lights out, but he doesnt like to play defense at all. Also they have Z but he is all intimidation, he's lazy and will come out strong, but die out. ive played with him before and was completely dissapointed in his ability around the basket on both offense and defense for the limited amount of times he made it down the floor. Ima have to put CPA beating ezelle this year, but nobody else in their district.

  8. kyle patterson of fra took first place overall.
  9. who do they play?? and ccs is ok, but i wouldnt think of them as a giant by any means. i think that the championship is going to come between fra and notre dame, which may end up being the first round of state, which would ruin state completly, it needs to be the championship if they both go through it all.
  10. no i wasnt giving Fairview 0 credit i was just saying that this FRA girls soccer team has one back to back state championships and has agood chance for a threepeat. Fairview is one of the last rural teams still in, they've had a great year, but dca vs fra wasnt even close. this team is just on a whole different level than the rest of the a/aa middle tn teams.
  11. Im gonna have to go with FRA PULLING off another one. Notre Dame beat them earlier in preseason, but coach McDonald is one of the best coaches in the state and didnt go down there to win, but to see what the teams down there got, and for experience with the yunger girls
  12. 6-0 in the first half, then FRA finished the game letting there younger girls play. FRA shows alot of class and will not run up the score on any team.
  13. ya im gonna have to agree there, and i think the challenge and the state championship is gonna be in the first round assuming all goes normal and FRA vs. Notre Dame happens early
  14. ya i think the winners of each district get home advantage, and if both the winners win, they flip a coin to see who gets home field advantage.
  15. Yea im saying the game isnt even close, FRA puts them away in the first half and plays their younger girls the second half just like clarksville Academy.
  16. Ok yea, but look at the season, FRA blew out everyone during their regular season district play. FRA even put down power house Centennial Highschool. even if they were to move districts somehow they would still blow out everyone. and if FRA does not get to play these ranked teams like CPA and lipscomb, they could win through district with their JV and maby region with their JV.
  17. This should be a good game, anyone have any thoughts????
  18. MARYVILLE didnt even win last year, when they had a pretty good team, read what peope have been saying to ur posts, yall will be lucky to make it out of district.
  19. No FRA's starting Keeper cant play till District finals, if we make it. but u also must rememeber that it is a preseason Jamboree, so it doesnt count, so they were more worried about getting there team experience points in a real game. They played Sheffield real for 20 min. and ended up beating them 2-0. and i dont care what people say, that team has got talent big time. so, when and loses arent important until the season starts.
  20. FRA did not look at these jamboree's as games to win also, they have a young team and wanted to get experience for some of there younger players. I know they had one eigth grader and at least 5 freshmen that got quite a bit of playing time. They played it like pre-season (Winning isnt important). Tournament time is what makes a team a good or bad team, not who they win or lose too in a pre-season jamboree. They played Sheffield a little more like a real game, but they didnt do it full strength, because they started off the 2nd half with one 8th grader and two freshmen on the field. and Sheffield was not a bad team at all, they have more pure soccer talent than any team there, when they find there rythm they will be very successful.
  21. Yall could be overlookin sum teams from the Nashville area, like FRA or Hume Fogg, FRA alwayz has a strong team, and has one of the best coaches in the area. Look out for them flyin under the Radar. they lost alot of people, but also have about 6 returners who got alot of time last year, and about 5 or 6 others who have been starting for 3 years now. they also got some new players.
  22. Ok, but it does take a good shooter to be able to put down the outside shot when it is needed. which all these player have done. Peter caroll hit 5 the other game, it didnt get them the win, but it put them in a good podition to win. Shelton Wicks hit three three's against CPA a few games ago when down six, to give them the lead and put the entire team on a run. its very important to be able to knock it down when it is needed.
  23. In the three pointers, it looks like 3 players are pretty far ahead of the group. it has Peter Carrol (CPA) in first ahead of Shelton Wicks by one, and Shelton Wicks (FRA) ahead of Hunter Miller (CPA) by 2. and no one else is close by.
  24. yea, both those guys are good players, ive played vs. both, the key to gaurdin them is playin man to man on them, they will both light u up in a zone. Have yall seen peter caroll form CPA play? you canty stop him from driving in.
