I heard Gideon Alsup has been gettin his serves clocked at around 119-120. He looks really intimidating with his long arms and that wicked left handed serve.

it seems to me that you are the one crying because the coaches are the reason you all cant win more than 1 district game but maybe it could possibly be that you have no true players. you need to stop making comments on here if you dont have a way to back them up and all you can say is "dont cry. itll be ok" when someone makes your comment look ridiculous. you dont know what you are talking about and until you get a clue about the game i would stay away from posting for a while so you dont make your school look worse.

sure a 90 mph fastball can dominate most high school teams but if thats all you have then it comes to a point where you are gonna stroked after about 1 inning.not taking anything away from "d train" , cause he is a quality pitcher. but having a good change and curve help out quite a bit.

farragut vs. south doyle on wednesday is my prediction

This will be a great game to attend. I think whoever wins will win big. Both teams are very good teams. i havent seen halls as much as i have seen south doyle so i cant really say too much about them, but i can say that speed on the mound has not affected the way south doyle hits the ball. so this game might be a defensive battle. Whichever teams defense comes out strong and doesnt make an error will win the game.

heritage beat bearden to start the night off. then south doyle played heritage, and ended up run ruling them in the 6th inning , craig smith hit a 3 run homerun to make the score 13-2 to end the game. Good luck to both farragut and south doyle tommorow night.

is farragut ready for south doyle is the question. they are 1-1 against each other. South doyle has been playing very intense. i havent seen farragut lately, but they will need to come to the park ready to play. I expect a large crowd at farragut on monday for this game, it should be a good one

South Doyle beats bearden today 15-0. McClain had 2 home runs. Bearden threw all they had , but SD came out swinging and stroked the ball the whole game. Ryan holland pitched for sd. Sd will play the winner of Farragut and heritage on monday at 8 at farragut.

does anyone want to call out some upsets for the 4aaa district tournament?

He obviously played for farragut at some point and cannot take the fact that they are being beat this year and they are not so high up as they have been. for him to just call out SD fans is ridiculous. you go to any high school baseball game and there will be crazy parents who will say anything to make themselves, there kids, and there school seem to be the best. i know because i have attended plenty of high school baseball games and have seen it first hand. whether he is an athelete or not is not relevant, i should not have brought that up but he needs to realize that farragut isnt a perfect school either

i have seen bearden play and i am not putting the team down at all. i think that bearden has a good team and that they compete very well. But with a team liek farragut who is goin to put the ball the in play like they do, in my opinion i think that beardens defense will tend to make some errors and cost them some runs.bearden is in the top 3 teams in there district and i strongly believe they will be up there at the end of the season.

i am putting my money on farragut. they have a good ball club. Bearden has a well rounded team but i have seen them play and i think that farragut hits the ball well enough that the bearden defense will fall apart.

That should be a great one. i just got word that SD came out ahead over maryville tonight .6-5. so they should be fired up against bearden, and i am sure bearden will be fired up because these 2 teams always play tough against each other.

I dont think that because a teenager does something doesnt mean they have bad parenting. Maybe it does in some cases but you cant blame a kids parents for the actions they make.i agree with the national anthem statement and i think everyone should stand there in silence and honor this country proudly. But dont blame parents on teenagers actions. it's there own fault for disgracing themselves and they should know that by acting up during that time it is only making others respect them less and less as a person.
