  1. I have to agree that the east teams played a harder schedual than the middle teams. However, the comments about how Farragut and Bearden have done in the past are irrelevent. How many of the bearden players on the team now got any playing time three years ago when they won the state.
  2. Did the fact that Austin Rhodes was out hurt Farragut?
  3. In the semifinal game between Notre Dame and McCallie, i predict a McCallie win by two or more goals. Nouri will be McCallie's sparck on offence. The Baylor Vs. Catholic game is too close for me to call. I can't see either team getting shut out with the attacking ability they have. Each team scored four goals on two pretty good teams (Webb and McCallie). I'm going to have to say the final will be 2-1 but the victory could go to either team.
  4. Doug Hall took advantage of a mistake on defence by Webb about twenty minutes in to the first half. They were just the better team tonight and Webb didn't have the ability to keep up for a full eighty minutes. Catholic, good luck agianst Baylor on Tuesday
  5. OK i got you figured out. Eric doesn't where 13 for Webb. Thats Dom McVay but I'm not him either. Great game agianst us, it could have gone either way espicailly with Brandon and Logan thredgill thrown in there( he is out for the season). Hope to see you and Jacko in Memphis.
  6. yea, but i can't figure out who you are. what highschool are you from. Just to follow the thread Preston Walker from Bearden is physical and tough. Expect to get a hit from him every time you touch the ball. I suggest that you avoid the hit instead of trying to hit him back.
  7. I think everyone agrees that Brandon Tarr is one of the best in the state. I also want to throw in Aaron Schonfield from Bearden. He is small now but that doesn't make him innective. Watch out for him when he is a senior.
  8. Maryville definetly can't be overlooked with greatplayers such as Kyle Franklin. However, i would have to go with Farragut who is clearly at the peak of their season after the game agianst CAK

  10. Eric his little brother? no but i know both of them well on and off the field
  11. Lex Hultquist of Knoxville Webb is definetly not very physical (he is all skin and bones) but he mentally tough. he never stops running and everytime you think you are open he comes out of nowhere and pokes the ball away. He never quits running and no center mid can keep up with him for a whole game.
  12. Jackson Slagle of CAK has a lot of speed but CAK never seem to use it in their games

I agree with mrh11. Catholic as peeked at the right point in there season where as Notre Dame is struggleing. Catholic will win by two or more goals
  15. Bryan Walker of Bearden is a great keeper and he is only in 10th grade. he may look small but he is incredibly athletic and makes up for any height disadvantages with his mad hops. Also Knoxville Webb's keeper Liam Cremins seems to be going under the radar. he has had spectacular games against both Farragut and CAK.
  16. I disagree, I have played both of these teams and Notre Dame is a solid team all over the field. i don't think that Baylor has enough to get it done agianst Notre Dame's defense. However, since I have played them Baylor must have worked out some things on offence. I still have to say that Notre dame wins 1 or 2 nil.
  17. This should be a great game. Last year when they met both games came down to the final minute where Catholic won in the regular season but Webb returned the favor and beat them in the regional game. I think this year will have a similar result. Good luck to both teams
