Bearden's first game of the year this year they put up 72 on Walker Valley

Way to go Bearden! I loved seeing all of you playing your hearts out. It looks like it's still... 726 and counting and am i the only one that thought it was fitting that the alumni band played "rocky top" after most of Devrin's TD's? It was amazing!

Don't you just love this board. You got DB fans, probably some of the most loyal fans who post probably more than anyone else in the state lol. On the other hand you have Bearden fans, who Never, never, never post, for whatever reason. This is why the predictions are sooooo skewed. Last time I checked, Bearden has beaten DB once yes, but it was the last time they played there. Also bearden beat Jeff county 49-7, DB won 28-3. I just don't like hearing all this skewed posting by DB fans. I guess we will see tonight.

Bearden has everyone back, dont worry. I am pretty sure that all Linebackers that were hurt earlier in the season will be full go in this one.

I'm pretty confident that bearden is going to win because of pure athleticism and speed. They, to this point, have yet to hurt themselves with turnovers or penalties, but considering who they've played, is that saying much? Plus this is bearden's 1st road game of the year. It's much different playing in a place where ur disliked. Haha, but seriously they haven't been tested yet, i don't know that this will be much more of a test either, but i do like to think that since it's beardens first road game there may be a few mishaps that wouldn't occur at home. Bearden should win though.

17 carries. 419 Yards through two games. Thats 24.65 yds per Carry so far. I would love to see if this BJ kid is even over 10 yds per carry. LOL

Well we see how that went. Bearden Routes Jeff. County 49-14, with the starters not even playing more than the first offensive series in the second half. 42 points at the half with the starters shows the offensive juggernaut that Bearden has this year with young, Riemer etc... I do worry about the defense for the simple fact that their defensive line isn't as strong as in past years. When they get to playing the more high powered offenses in there division, I just hope that they are able to contain them.

Yea Bearden Definatley came out from the start and just poured it on them. I loved it when bearden was up by about 20 in the early parts of the third and then the game started getting pretty chippy. That, in my opinion, lit a fire under bearden that I don't think they would have had other wise and the score probably wouldn't have been as lopsided. Farragut is a good team and will definatley take this and use it for motivation going forward, All I hope is that Bearden doesn't look at the game and become complacent and not compete every night. I guess we will tell on Tuesday. Good Luck to both teams

I think you are a little biased in your pick and you have the right to be because you are a senior at farragut, but seriously, I mean you are underestimating the talent of these guys. Look at the game tonight against maryville to tell you all you need to know

Bearden is much more athletic and they have a deeper bench than farragut. I personally think farragut will wear down in the second half and then the score should get out of hand. Bearden by 25+

I don't know they beat webb school by 30 on tuesday and demonte simpson didnt even play so i would even say that is unlikely. HAHA

If it wasnt for one of your lineman he would not have scored that one touch down at West. lineman # 70 blocked his whole way down field so he could get that TD. So lets not forget about the big boys out there. And as far as DB goes they are hungry for that Regional title the dawgs took last year. DB is a great team they are fast and love to hit. This is the game to really see how Bearden is.
