I have been on here and seen many people takl about how Tennessee should recruit more from Tennessee and then others defend why they don't. But has anyone actually looked at Tennessee's roster and seen how many players are actually from Tn? Probly not because if so you would realize there are a lot of Tennessee Highschool Players going to UT.

What about week 4? Against Riverdale. If OakRidge wins out which will most likely happen. NO offense to the teamt hat beat them earlier it shouldn't ave happened. BUt won't it be Riverdale at OakRidge? That should be a good game.

Well you must remember its just a simulation cause they have Maryville beating Riverdale 31-14. And also Alcoa beating Riverdale this is just an example of how well that system works. Also It has Alcoa beating Oak Ridge so you think about this one.

It would be good to focus on agilities to see how well he moves his feet cause the faster he moves his feet the better. I mean even a 20 isnt that important maybe for college stats but the lineman blocking usually stays within 10 yards of his starting position and thats if he has to go after a linebacker.

West uncle didnt mean 4.16 he probly meant 4.61 and the 40 doesn't mean as much as quickness as a lineman. I mean you lineman may run a 4.6 but if he is slow getting off the line of scrimmage he will get it handed to him but if you had a boy that big running a 4.5 4.6 put him at fullback. lol and challenge people to stop him.

Ainge- If he would hace stayed in during the UT vs UF game they may have won because Clausen handed the game to the Gators. And everyone knew that and wanted Ainge to play more so he did and now it was almost his fault they lost not Clausen should start. Its kind of funny. Here is how I see it, I don't think Riverdale has had this much pressure on their shoulders this year so far or had to worry so much about getting beat. I would disagree with Loudon being unlike any other if you are meaning better. I believe that although the record shows I believe any team from 1997-2002 Could take this years Loudons team. No offense to Loudon but the reason that the Redskins have gotten better is because the coaching plan has changed. If the coaches would have done this a few years ago then people would have been saying this is the best team and such. Now for this post Kingston vs Loudon, Loudon has changed from a one man team to a eleven man team and now they are 4-1 losing to Alcoa. And if Kingston focuses on Hawkins they will get a taste of the Fritts to Fritts connection or Dixon/Packett running the bal through the middle at fullback. And from what I have seen kingston may throw some but they mostly go to Givens and the Loudon linebackers will not be scared to hit him. As you can tell size actually doesn't matter that much after all. Loudon 26 (a safety or 2 two point conversions) Kingston 19 ( two missed field goals )

Yes, Loudon has played a team that compares to Polk but it is a team that is better then Polk and that team would be Alcoa. And Loudon has speed but they have them few players that can bring some power also. Sp for both Loudon and Polk fans be ready to stand for a long time this one should be close.

You make a very good point Cargo. Maryville held Alcoa to 21 does that Mean Loudnos defense is close to being as good as Maryville? Not trying to bring Maryville into this because this is a Loudon v Polk thread. But past games can not determine another game. For example last year between Loudon and Fulton that was close some even consider that Loudon had the ball over the goal line but wasn't given the score and Fulton went on to win state but Loudon went 2-8. You can't go on past games nor paper stats just basically the game situation meaning homecoming, a rival, senior night, and etc... And this game is Homecoming for Polk so they want to win this one for the town but then again noone appreciates being a homecoming team so both teams will be bringing everything and I believe this one will be close and with Loudon losing last week they will want to rebound which is to their advantage but then again Polk doesn't play everyone both ways only very few do that so that is to their advantage. Loudon can throw and they can run but if for some reason evreything gets put on Hawkins this game could get ugly but im assuming Loudon will come out with a balanced offense which may catch Polk off guard and then get a few big runs. Polks running backs are big and with some speed and if their line even compares to Alcoas they should get atleast 4-5 yards on every carrying some may be less some may be more. This game will be a good one to watch.

After Riverdales last game I say D.C by 14. Ok not really Riverdale probly has realized things after last game and will get it together BETTER then they already have it. Riverday by 30+.

No offense to Powell but D1 prospects or not in this game. You seen what happened to the D1 Prospects of Alcoa.lol But Powell Is gonna come out hard I think it comes down to the 4th Qtr with Powell Leading but Maryville regains the lead and wins by 5. But good Luck to both teams in this game and for the rest of the season and hopefully noone gets hurt so both Powell and Maryville can beat Central this year.

That is a funny comment for one Obviously not anyone in the state cause they got beat and two if you even consider that Alcoa could beat a team like Oak Ridge or Riverdale and some others you are out of your mind. Yes Alcoa is good but they arent great if they was they would be in the top 25 in the country.

I disagree because for one some regions dont have so many teams and even the teams that go 2-8 can get in as long as they win those 2 region games and for the other teams who are in 8 team regions they could have everyone in the region be better then that 2-8 team but they are crap outta luck.

Well here is how this post is gonna go. Someone from Maryville will get on here and disagree and the argument of Maryville Vs Riverdale will go on lol. Yes they are defending state champs for a reason and that was they were good last year lol this year 0-3 does not sound like a state championship team but I do agree hardly any of them teams could beat alcoa except Maryville who did and possibly Oak ridge and central for the rest I doubt it would happen.
