hey catfish, it sounds to me likt defender is one of those guys who never really got to experience playing football. so he wouldn't know about not being a coward. oh and good choice blood is thicker than water. and your brother is a great addition to an already great Cheatam coaching staff. and come Sept. 9th I will go ahead and say it Cheatham will roll over Sycamore just like they did 2 years ago. Look for Landon Jones to have a big night...

Hey Catfish, After watching the Sycamore Scrimmage and now the Cheatham Scrimmage, who do you believe has the better team. Cheatham destroyed Clarksville this past friday night. So seriously after watching a well put together Cheatham team, all I have to say is eveyone better look out for Cheatham Co. this year.

Honestly, after watching Cheatham put it on Clarksville, everyone will now know that Cheatham is ready this season. So I'm going to go ahead and say it I believe that Cheatham will give Lipscomb a run for there money in the Region. Oh and Cheatham fans I don't believe we have to much to worry about Sycamore or Harpeth. So not only could Cheatham be looking at another County Title, they also could be looking at a Region Title.... GO CUBS!!!!!!!

Cheatham County football has gotten better and better over the years, especially since Sycamore opened up. But one thing always seems to happen, it seems like each year atleast one team goes through a bad season. Harpeth has been down the past couple seasons and Sycamore is coming off a dissappointing season as well. But ever since the addition of Cody Finley as the Head Coach for Cheatham Co., Cheatham seems to get be getting better and better each season. Since Finley has been the Head Coach Cheatham has been to the Playoffs 3 years in a row. While both Sycamore and Harpeth both have somewhat new Head Coaches, both teams' Head Coaches served their teams previously as Assistant Coaches. But for now I believe that in the County their is only one team and that is Cheatham Co. There hard-nosed defense is anchored by Senior Clint Casteal and their offense is energized by the explosive running of Senior Landon Jones. I believe that Sycamore and Harpeth won't be able to touch Cheatham this year. Also, look for Cheatham to put another beating on Harpeth on Aug. 26th, it'll be the 3rd year in a row Cheatham destroys Harpeth. As for Sycamore, even though Cheatham lost to Sycamore last season, look for Cheatham to regain their County Championship by beating Sycamore impressingly...

are you crazy sycamore's uniforms can't touch Cheatham Co. 's uniforms so by far Cheatham Co. has the best uniforms

allright your list is good but come on some of these teams lost some key players and those teamss are going to be having a rebuilding year, Marshall County is going to be having a rebuilding year, Greenbrier lost that Herndon kid, and Sycamore lost there MVP Quarterback in Josh Garza, but overall the list is good, but how are you going to leave out Cheatham Co., they've been to the playoffs 3 years in a row granted it was in 2A, but they have a great Defense and 3 great seniors in Brandon Piper, Clint Casteal, and Landon Jones. Watch for Cheatham Co. in Region 5 3A, because they could give David Lipscomb a run for there money.

hey catfishhunter, i support you on your opinion about cheatham co., they have a hard nosed defense, and their running back is one of the best in the region, i wouldn't be surprised if they give david lipscomb a run for their money. and don't underestimate coach cody finley he always has his team ready to play in big games....
