Lets just remember Indy only played about 6 regular startes, both ways they have alot of guys out. Including MR. QB himself who is at some camp. Blackman played very well vs. most of the second team. We will see in the fall when the big boys are back.

Does any one recall that Indy played there worst game of the season on both sides of the ball in week 4. Pettigrew stillo nursing a hammy caused him to run timmid. Second game Smith(5) started a game. An later figured out he wasn't going to pan out. An through all this when there was 10:00 min left in the forth quater Indy still had a chance. That forth a inches goes different the outcome is different. The score last time is inevidable. High scoreing came off of subs. Scott's back running hard. Heckman has came into his own. An the Indy D has proved they are a force to reckon with. Franklin is a good team. Independence is a good team As I have heard in coach U after game speeches Good isnt Good Enough the team with the least mistakes wins this game. good luck to both teams

If im not mistaking Ravenwood the 4 seed came and beat you "undefeated state bound" Gallatin team ....Yes it did happen in last years playoff.

Independence lost two games on sat. Anderson County and Belle Glades. Todd Cambell was not talking trash at dinner we were dissusing when we all played little league COWBOYS togeather. the tournament was great alot of fun and alot of competition but the fact is anyone could have came on top. Fulton bea Belle Glades twice. And Indy beat Fulton in the first round after lunch that shows how those games could have flipped flopped any which way ... True and all these guys have worked hard in the off season to make themselves bigger stronger and faster...donnie i know you are being realistic and all bit i think talent does have alot to do with the argument and not to mention Chris Darnell planes to come back strong this summer/fall for a stand out senior season. but hey what happens happens and we know you will be out # 1 Fan

Dont know how many people will comment to this but I just wanted to put it out there that one of our (Independence's) players passed away tonight in a car wreck. Post something if you understand what it feels like or just have something to say.

As a IHS player i think we had a big game and over came the bad calls and the miss handled kick returns. Are kicker came through for us when we needed him. Even know we got cheap shots on us through out the night like the one on #11 J. veres and the roughing the passer on # 10 E. Mart. Neither one of those called .. I think the refs. were rookies that shouldnt have been reffing a 5A game. The roughing the passer call on 48 earley in the game was balone the balls on the ground the QB jumps on it and then the mlb jumps on him...IM SORRY WE ARE TAUGHT TO GIVE AN EFFERT AT IHS...All and all we are getting better this year.. Even though we are young we play with more heart. I am happy to be and EAGLE and i wouldn't change it for the world. One of are coachs said it best." If you want to get us...Do it now cause for years to come IHS will be where it is at. Thanks coach smith for a great game.. I messed up and so did some others but know matter what happens this year.. INdependence has a freshman team willing to go see...both running back and wide reciver/cornerback get alot of pt on varsity and the quaterback can throw on the run as well as kill you in the pocket...The Lb bench an average of like 200 ..this team is no joke .....
