i dont think he does either but the assistant coaches are great and the reason we are being so defensive because we know how great the coaches are.We have been around the program on a daily basis unlike some people who have been to three games this year.And we were only better than beech last year, the other teams were more talented and beech out played the players check the film on how many tackles were missed.You go apply big guy and see if you can do better.

Ok first i just graduated from the team last year thats why i know the talent level of these kids.But its not under used talent.The talent is just not there, they are tough physical kids yes but as talented as the people they line up against no.

We dont have chips on our shoulders...but i played for this staff and just like most people who have we respect the coaches and what they do.And you have seen three games i have seen them all and have stood toe to toe with the players out there on that field and i know what kind of talent they have.And as far as the level of talent all the way through on the team it does not match up with anybody they play.No offense to commando players they know what im saying.There is three people on this team that could play college ball and only one is a legit prospect.

Look Coach Hafield is a great coach.yes roper needs more carries and should be on the field more on offense and get more carries. But to question Hatfield is ridiculous he does more with less on a year in and year out basis than just about every coach in the state and definately in the region.Its people that question him like this on everything he does thats going to drive him away from this job.And that is going to be a travesty,he does more than just coach this team he teaches these boys lessons in life to make them men.i can understand questioning a coach we all do it,but it seems that everybody questions this staff alot more.You get out there and do what he has done with these teams he has...thats right you cant.

Yes week 10 and its come down to this, the lights on maybe one last time for some seniors, senior nights ruined while others are celebrated,each teams playoff hopes and playoff destinations on the line.Talent will not prevail in this game,strategies are useless.The guys wearing the jersey's must strap on those pads and that helmet and be ready to sacrifice everything to get what they want.They must look at whats on the side of their helmets and play with pride.Those who arent scared to take on these responsibilities will prevail,This is when you find out who truly has that it factor as a player,and who can carry the weight of a whole school and community on their shoulders.good luck to all,and especially the commandos.

that couldnt be anymore accurate night man.It shows what kind of character a kid like that has,and if i was on his team he would catch alot of crap from me,and thats just keeping it clean for the Forum.

Well its been awhile since ive been on here but i heard about this but much respect to the Hunters Lane staff...and if anybody can answer knightmans question please do.

The defending champions (Gallatin) lost most of their team from last year.The team down the road (Hendersonville) looked awful in their scrimmage against Wilson central a team they dismembered last year.So that leaves the metro schools.Maybe Hunters Lane i think they will be the trendy pick to win this region but this region is as up in the air as its ever been i think.Whats does everyone else think?

Hendersonville will be scrimmaging Wilson Central today at five at WC.This should make for a pretty interesting scrimmage there was a little bad blood between the two the past two years.two years ago wilson central blew out HHS and last year the tables were turned.Im interested to see HHS in acton today.they will be without there top 2 QBs who are at Baseball but the Commandos have two returning FBs who are very good in senior Gregory and Junior Darion Roper both have had good off seasons.Oh and WCs Fb aint to bad either in J.T. Majors.

Antioch is good and talented, but dont forget about Hunters Lane and Hendersonville in that region, and Gallatin is always a contender.

First of congrats to Smyrna on winning state, great team effort. But im bored and am ready to talk next year in Region5-5a. Who should everyone watch, are the green wave still the top of the line or is somebody else gonna take control. Im not trying to be a homer but i think Hendersonville has a good shot and i also think that McGavock will be pretty good.

I agree but Hendersonville is 5-3, and Gallatin should be favored, but Hendersonville's three losses are all to teams they were better than, trust me Gallatin is beatable if HHS can execute the way i know they can.

Its not all about the number of people the stadium holds what about the quality of the facilities and field.And Gallatins stadium is old and rundown.

Yeah you are the same guy that said HHS would lose to glencliff so you have no credit and i guess you think that Glencliff or mcgavocks stadium is top notch.
