Im not shore if I would say KJ is better than Rod..but he is a good player..The guys played a great game Tuesday night against Lebanon...They were down by 20 at the beginning of the 4th and they closed te gap to 6....Rod Dunked all in some guys face and that made the crowd go nuts and the players got pumped.. But the Zebrs weren't halping us at all.... Davis Warner gets thrown out of the game for untucking his shirt before he stepped off the court...Just alot of bs calls...if they play like they did in the 4th quater they will be a very good basketball team...

I just want to know how everyone thinks Smyrna will o this year..? They were horrible last year but the got some new players and some have gotten really good..There is not one Senior on the whole team...They will be led by 6'6 Davis Warner 6'5 Josh Turner 6"2 Rod Wilks...and there are many more..I would love to see them do good this year...

I guess everyone is forgetting about LA VERGNE!!!. Going form 1-9 to 7-2 is pretty dang impressive.But the sad thing is there #4 seed...but lets see if they cant get it done. I tell you one thing I will put money on it with ne one...Smyrna wins STATE in 2 years...they will have many weapons...And I dont think Defense will be a problem..Smyrna has a couple players right now that are sophmore's that are transfers that could start this year...to name a couple Donovan Craig,Johna Hendricks,...So I see Smyrna going a long ways from here on out...they will also have a very good chance next year b/c what people fail to realize is that Smyrna is a very young team...there two rb's are juniors,qb is a soph,two star WR that will be returning,to defnsive ends,3 LB'sand many more...take my word...and La Vergne will be real good or they should be u never kno what they are going to do..I mean after this past week against Blackman..I guess u couyld say anything can happened

Rod Wilks from Smyrna is by far the Best..I mean look at the stats..he might be in 5th but he just came off a Bye..And guess what he is just a SOPHMORE...! If any of these other WR were near as good as he is when they were a sophmore please put it on here..and for the guy that asked..Rod is like 6'2 very strong..and runs like 4.5-4.6..but the thing is that it doesnt matter how fast he is you cant take him down...more stats I think Rod has a TD catch in every game this year..Watch out for him to be one of the best the state has ever had.. He also has a very good qb and they have very good awareness of each other..they have been together since Middle School..this duo is going to be deadly there Junior and Senior year.... Riverdale better live it up why they can b/c next year Smyrna will DOMINATE..!

One thing i think everyone is forgetting is that it's Smyrna's homecoming week..that will just make them play that much harder..And the new kid from New Orleans looks like he could be a very very good Wide Out...He did play in a JV game and ran all over those kids..He should get some playin time this week..If he is as good as he is suppose to be Smyrna is going to be a very hard team to stop especially with Gray as a QB...He is nothing but TALENT!Smyrna wins BIG Smyrna 52 siegel 17

How in the world are they pretenders...dude ure out of ure mind...and what do u mean R'dale hasnt played any one..Pretty sure they played La Vergne last week..Riverdale is the toughest team in the state...Yea WC is good but there not on R'dales level yet...when they go 15-0 with a state championship u let me no... One of My picks is Josh Day from Smyrna...this guy is a real help at the LB spot.. He basically wonof the game against La Vergne where he strips the ball from Michael Hicks which is one of the best WR in the mid-state... He is gonna be a major threat in these coming up year

I agree with you..Sonny Gray will have a year under his belt on the Varsity level and next year hey will have there 2 running backs returning...they will Rod Wilks and this will be his 3rd year playing Varsity..He will be junior..This is the team of the future..I think one player would solve this puzzle...Tony Shephard..He would be one of the best LB in the state..
