Tell ya what...if y'all don't support him and the players don't 'buy-in' to Dustin Wilson, PLEASE, send him down the road to our place (Greenbrier). We would LOVE to have him back!!! First off, he's no-nonsense. Secondly, he's young, but old school...i.e., he demands discipline and respect. He coaches the game the way it should be coached and demands that his players do the same (play it the way it should be played). Good luck and God bless, Coach. I'm glad you finally got this opportunity. In my opinion, you deserve it.

No 'disrespect' to you, either, but that was last year. Things change drastically, sometimes, in a year or two. Guess we'll see. And who is YOUR team?

Don't know, but look for the sophomore and junior classes to have a HUGE impact the next 2-3 years at Greenbrier. They are LOA-DED with talent, size, heart and game IQ. They are also a close bunch of guys that like each other, somewhat like the '05/'06 classes. May not be as stout, but you never know. Coaching (under- and over-) will make or break this 'window of opportunity' to be VERY good, in my opinion. Remember these names: Young, Pentecost, Brown(?), Adcox, Johns, Lynn, Laney (yep, li'l bro!...'cept he ain't 'little'), Cherry (tfr., get this, FROM GP...back home!), Malgioglio, T. Hall, Gonser, Derseweh, Boyles and a few more 'gamers' that have escaped my memory at the moment.

What year did you graduate from Goodpasture? Saw her more than a time or two and never saw her beat ANYBODY by herself... College sure has been a different story, though, hasn't it?

Disagree BIG time! Looks the same as when they used to give Devon Schmidt 2 balls outside. When our coach would complain or the crowd would get rowdy, the ump would adjust and guess what? We hit the ball! If you're good, bring it. If you ain't, quit whinin' and learn to. Dominant pitchers don't need help. Neither do dominant hitters, but the plate is there for a reason other than scoring, too.

Trust me, the MTSU Police Dept. has NO CLUE when it comes to dealing with parking...or even safety, sometimes. What they need is a 'leader' that has some common sense...and maybe someone that has raised a few children...

Also, there's no better irony than to see Connor Peach (GB Class of 2012) ranked one spot higher in The Tennessean sports section under 'Boys Scoring' this morning than Craig Bradshaw (former GB Class of 2012) AND Jalen Lindsey. Concerning Greenbrier basketball... Yep, they finished dead last in the District regular season and they're in the Tourney Finals vs. #1 Macon Co. Tuesday night, 7:30 at Vol State. Win or lose, it's 'Hoosiers-esque,' baby! Obviously, it took me a bit of time to compile all this, but I'd like to remind y'all of these two 'geniuses' observations. Uhhh, <clear throat> they'll be eating crow this week...as GB goes to the Regions. 'NoName,' where y'at, homie?! In other news... Yeah, I told you so... If you don't come to watch the game because you think it'll be a blowout or something, at least come and see our new 'pep club/student section.' I haven't seen 'em personally, but I've heard they're quite good at motivating their fellow classmates, the 2011-12 version of our beloved Greenbrier Bobcats, to overachieve. The 'Cameron Crazies' got nuthin' on these kiddos!

I find it funny that some people think Peach isn't that good. I mean, come on, what does he have to do? For those that don't know, he's also a nice young man. And he's better than DIII. Come on!...again. Good to hear about our pep club, too. Props to Mrs. Raines! You make it fun and create good memories for our children. Thank you! GO Cats!

Gosh! Sadly, you've told it like it is... Now, I'm not one that says to children, 'you can be anything you want to be'...because, if you've lived in the 'real world' long enough, you know that ain't necessarily true. It takes politics sometimes, a break here and there and God's grace. Craig Bradshaw, for example, is, I'm sure, doing what he wants to do. BUT, and I never even saw him play either, I believe he could've probably been as dominant in football AND baseball, had he chosen...or been allowed ??? KB, I think ALL HS coaches should be held accountable for not doing all he/she can to help the ones that want to, and legitimately can, play college ball. They can, and should, at the very least contact college coaches as a courtesy, especially if they've already had a few players go through their program that received scholarships. It has to start somewhere, though, and if I were a HS AD I'd make that a part of their job descriptions. When you become a coach, you're not just there to get paid, teach, coach, etc. You're supposed to be there to educate, edify, help and promote the students. So, what would it hurt if you told a few of your cronies at the next level about the 'special' one that everybody (who's seen 'em play) knows can play on some college team? Heck, if I was a college coach, I'd appreciate the 'heads up' especially with travel budgets the way they are today.

KB, I'm prayin' for ya, too...that you'll forgive these hypocrites! Another 'observation'...it's funny how the DL poster likes to brag about how they've been able to 'home grow' all their talent and still win so much in all sports...like you've got it figured out. Didn't y'all get trounced by almost 40 and 30, respectively, this year by CPA? Man! I'll bet that'll humble a CofC brotha...in a hurry!

Amen! In all my frustration I failed to mention this. Thanks! Absolutely good to see!! Also loved the student/other athletes section by WH. Sycamore does it and I wish it was done by all the other schools, including ours. It may even be worth a few points... Congrats to Sycamore. A one-team race ain't any fun.

Memo to the respective coaching staffs of White House and Greenbrier after tonight's game: WHY IN THA WORLD Y'ALL DON'T START AND PLAY DYLAN DORRIS AND KENNY LAYMAN AGAINST A TEAM THAT HAS NO POST PRESENCE IS BEYOND ME AND A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE THERE TONIGHT! Heck, I'd play 'em anyway, but they didn't even start!! AND WHY OUR COACHING STAFF DIDN'T DO ALL IT COULD TO GET NICK YOUNG OPEN FOR MORE 3's IS BEYOND ME, TOO! INSTEAD, THE HOTTEST SHOOTING KID ON THE FLOOR WAS FORCED TO FOUL OUT. HMMM... Just sayin'...

Glad to see this and even though you say you don't know basketball, I disagree. On several points you've got it nailed...in my opinion, and y'all have a good team. Heck, I think we even had to have a 'conference' on the floor when Westmoreland came to town. But, they HAVE to play physical. And I don't blame opposing players for lettin' 'em know they don't appreciate that syle of play. If you want to play football holla at us in the Fall, right? Just what IS the truth about GB? Nobody is braggin' about how good they've been, how good they are or how good they're gonna be. There's just you...criticizing Connor Peach.
