I also saw in the Oak Ridge newspaper that they are NOT playing D-B next year in the regular season Week 0 D-B at Farragut Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 4 Week 5 Week 6 Week 7 D-B at Tennessee High (got this from CoachT 2009 football schedules thread) Week 8 Week 9 D-B at Science Hill (got this from CoachT 2009 football schedules thread) Week 10 I think D-B has an AWAY games at South I think D-B has HOME games vs Crockett, Boone, Volunteer Not sure if D-B/Central is home or away 2 additional non-conference games...don't know who Week 0 - Farragut Week 1 - Clinton Week 2 - Sullivan Central Week 3 - Sevier County Week 4 - Davy Crockett Week 5 - Bye Week 6 - Sullivan South Week 7 - Daniel Boone Week 8 - Tennessee High Week 9 - Science Hill Week 10 - Volunteer Farragut and Sevier County are away games. The Kids do get invited to play. They might have something on that day or week. I know some guys who got invited but are skipping the all star game due to basketball. So some of the "all-stars" could have been invited and cant go. Maybe they are playing in a different all-star game.

Heard GC talking about Farragut called yesterday to confirm playing a Home-Home series with them.

Don't you dare say hat is the coaches fault. Dobyns-Bennett has the BEST coaches in the NATION bare none. Coach Clark, Coach Watson, Coach Holt, Coach Christian, Coach Barrett, Coach Church, Coach Burton, Coach Wagner, and the rest are all the top of the line. Football is a team effort, Scout squad to the Starters, coaches included. The fake punt....DB was in man coverage and busted coverage, sorry, but they stopped them in the end didn't they... And as for moving Jamie #10 to safety and Justin #2 to corner, Coach Clark doesn't take that chance because he doesn't like to risk his QB getting hurt, unless it is the only way to play the game orif he absolutly has to. #18 Jordan Ewards, I'll admit he is up and down, but don't say he is a horrible player, because he isn't. He isnt the most physical person but he gets the job done. #15 Mark Erwin is a good player, he and Edwards should probably rotate, but Coach Watson(the greatest defensive mind to ever coach the game) and the rest of the defensive coaches know what they are doing better than anybody on here so lets leave the decision of who to play up to them.

Justin sprained his ankle and MCL. He will be out 3 weeks, including the bye week. Justin will be back in action for the Campbell Co. game.

It was a scrimmage, it was meant to be gamelike simultaion but not actually friday night with the band playing, 7,000 people hollering, and the cheerladers chanting some stupid cheer. so you mr. cap are mistaken and very badly so. and the score was 21-13 with varsity and 27-21 wafter JV got done...so if your statment of it being a game was true then DB beat Maryville(a team that beat south in last years playoffs handily(and yall had your untouchable all-star, curt phillips)) so you call it what you want, but the way i see it DB came out on the winning end of the scrimmage.
