also i was wondering it is the top 10 individuals and top 3 teams but lets say school "A" is in the top 3 teams do all of their runners go to state or after their top 5-7 runners do runners 8-30 or whatever count towards the top 10 individuals?? thanks

Wow i should be a sports predictor haha just kidding just a lucky guess alcoa won by 17 ALCOA-38 CAK-21 Cak showed amazing heart in this game. They came back in the second half down 31 and showed Alcoa that their offense really was potent. If Cak had played the 1st half like the second half maybe this game would have been different, but that wasn't the case... so good game to both teams!!

i have also heard this, cak is supposedly going to play 3a ball in two years? and i personally know that cak has never had 500 students, currently the enrollment is around 420-430 which is the largest cak has ever had

alcoa by 17 but this game is not going to be like alcoa's last game that was 49 to 7 and will not include the mercy rule, alcoa better come out and play because i know that after a hard loss to webb and a week off cak will be ready... good luck to both teams!

Hey i did the cmd run thing it came out with : 49ms (is that good? bad?) Also i always get this message : "can't cast empty string to a number value"... and it blocks out everything, in this huge orange and yellow box, on the home page except the navigation and the top article. Other than that all the articles, big ones, and photos aren't able to be accessed. Thanks for the help!

Yeah i'd definitely say so. Others may disagree, but i know kids that have been running 3+ years with full health that can barely make 23min. The main thing in running is the determination to succeed. Good luck and keep pressing on!

Everyone has to pay tuition at cak. Some people may receive discount/aid for things like having more than one child at the school, your father or mother teaching at the school, or some other reason BUT no one can except any of these discounts/aids if he/she plays a HS varsity sport. I myself play a varsity sport at CAK (not football) and have to pay the full tuition amount.

CAK is 4-0 (1-0) and Wartburg is 0-3 (0-0). CAK is coming off 4 wins and has a strong defense and a hard to defend spread offense, along with a new head coach. Last year when cak and wartburg played, cak won 26-7. Many people have said that cak is much stronger this year... so I will say cak by 21+

This is true, the TSSAA does not allow ANY kind of scholarship aid for anyone playing HS sports at a Div. 1 private school. Also I have to say that of all the Page fans that i met, they were all very kind! Thanks for coming out and I can't wait to see the rematch next year! Good job on the win CAK!

I agree, CAK's defense has improved greatly. Not just bennet, but burdette, matlock, and stooksbury are great players. along with atkinson. As long as CAK dosen't allow Loundon to have big run/pass plays, I'll say cak by 7.
