I can see why somebody would want to send there kid for a private school education and a good christian school.But lets face it that defeats the purpose when you have hookers standing on the street corners and one of the most violent areas and drug related areas in all of the entire city completely surrounding the entire campus.There was a motive and if I could afford a christian private school for my 2 football stud sons it wouldnt be Highland Park just to throw or run for my senior year.

There have been several people on here make comments and jokes about recruiting.Some with good reason some with just humor.One thing for sure a great number of schools private and public illegally recruit and TNT has a good point that you cant persuade a kid at all regardless if he meets the qualification.My boy plays in Georgia and S.E. WHITFIELD was on are schedule last year and one of your volunteer coaches was there head coach.So sell that crazy to somebody else we are all booked up here.YOUR TURN GO FISH

I agree with you good post but congratulation on a big win to temple players. I been made to look goofy on 3 games now marion 2 times SP (1) I am done with the valley teams and it will be fun to watch the scramble for the 4 teams from the region and see whoo gets in the playoffs.

Regardless of that ( riding the fence) motive dont under estimate what seven ineligibles this year and a few under the radar next year can do .I told you guys a couple of months ago about Allens history but you guys blowed it off.Those boys standing over there ineligible are athletic and come from baylor,howard,ringgold and brainerd certain things cant be dicussed on here and I understand why but these are the facts.

Just had to chime in with all you football fans. I watched the stump show this past week and they had the Temple coaches and players on there and from everything I gathered everybody was healthy on both sides .When I first saw the score before the highlights I thought to myself old ALLEN let a few of those ineligible breakfast club members slip off the bench.Temple fans if you think silverdale played ball control with you in that tight game what do you think SP is going to do to you with their offense. They are going to concentrate on your stud Skogen and Daddy will be to hard headed not to throw his boy the ball. Long day for Temple! It is hard to tell about match-ups but the one thing I cant understand is poeple talk that SP hasnt played anybody but they have crushed everybody they have played and started out slow against a few early in the season. People this is a young team and they are gaining speed and momentum and really look better every week.Great coaching staff to boot. 42-14

SiLVERDALE is not going to play anybody in the playoffs they are dead last in the region and no region wins.They have Whitwell, South Pitt,Copper Basin left and if they won 2 out of 3 they still dont go because of head to head assuming other teams in it dont win anymore. where are all those silverdale fans

I would like somebody to explain why my post was closed and then removed from coach t yesterday.If I cant joke around and discuss topics that are true but then listen to people that use language and make total fun at expense of others or get on here without a clue.Before I comment any further could somebody explain.

Your on it with the stats I like that I have no answer why brainerd cant play up every game but tyner fell apart in that game against brainerd.You had 4 games to 3 of the stats available and Marion didnt play your last 2 opponents as far as points and records go but I couldnt agree more on defense and thats why I said that about passing .Without the serious threat of it Marion can focus on your running game more.They do have a couple of games where they come out a little slow and you guys might get them early but they are starting to pass a lot. Again I LIKE THAT STAT STUFF.

Rabble Rouser I work with guys that have kids that play all around.So Nothing personal but N.D. does not have any throwing td's and a little over 400yds passing and those teams you mention HIXSON,HOWARD,MEIGS you scored a combined 23pts and lost 2 of those games.When i have seen those games on TV its a very short passing game and Marion has played those type teams and had success.Like I said you guys lost a lot last year in seniors but I think you guys are looking good. I was at the Warrior/Irish game last year and notre dame had a great season and played tough.Marion was real young and played with the irish for a half but fell apart.There still young but much improved and they can throw it around.Notre Dame lost like 18 seniors and coming off sequoyah and mcminn central wins I dont know if thats momentum.I see it the other way around like i said earlier 28-14 marion wins.GOOD LUCK BOTH TEAMS

Good game Warriors dont start slow against N.D. this friday you should have no problem.I dont think they can throw at all .Whitwell started out pumped up, good adjustments at half by marion good luck to both teams.

Hey zonepirate I dont think Grace needs a reality check they know where they stand. There to young on defense and the pirates are the real deal.I think this one gets ugly but I hope they let that QB for grace throw about 35 times and maybe they can score a few times. That would be twice as much as the last 3 teams combined.

I know there have been several comments on this topic but I wanted to make clear I dont hate Silverdale or Coach Allen .Silverdale is a remarkable Church and I have several friends that attend there.That brings me to the point of several of these comments, its the integrity of the school and church that gets hurt if your Coaches are not playing by the rules.Rumors are flying about how good you guys are going to be next year with the players sitting out. I'll say it again in a different way you Silverdale fans dont have a clue about the rules that have been set in place for very important reasons. John Allen does know the rules and is hoping this goes away and that it doesnt become an issue with the TSSAA. (Wishful Thinking)I ALSO SAID SILVERDALE HAD A CHANCE FRIDAY GOOD JOB !!!!!!

Hey MCROADWARRIOR it looks to be a nasty tonight.Do you guys think that you can tame those tigers when there wet.How about the passing game in the rain do you guys take it to them on the ground.That would end talk for sure if you guys beat them at there own style of play.Some of these Whitwell guys I work with said it is falling right into place with the rain and it was time to separate the men from the boys.They also said Mcgowan is hard enough dry wait till he greases down tonight.Good luck hold on tight
