All great points, mine differs slightly though.
Passion - I've seen a lot of less talented teams upset some strong teams with nothing but pure passion displayed on the field. When every player on a team is up for a game, they will go in to every 50/50 ball 110%, they will make every run at 110%, and so on and so forth. I think passion is key to winning and having a strong team. The only problem with passion is that it is very hard to instill in to players who do not show it for themselves. This has been one of the hardest things for me to learn how to accomplish as a coach, but the rewards are endless.
Teammanship - Much like your bonding and togetherness, I think teammanship lies near the top of the traits for success. With girls especially, it can be difficult to get them to bond and everyone be friends on the field. If accomplished though your team will work together and keep everyone's spirits high throughout the season.
Game Plan - I think a great game plan can sometimes outweigh talent. If you know how to use all of your players wisely, then even with mediocre talent you can accomplish great things. I believe the game plan is all about getting the very best of each player on the field. I also think the game plan has to be very fluid, a coach needs to be able to implement different parts at different times and the players have to be able to recognize this and be able to act it out accordingly.
Talent - Talent is key to success because without it you have no starting block, no base for your team. Obviously the more talent the easier the job will be to get your team winning games.
Knowledge of the Game - By making your players more knowledgeable about the game, they stand a better chance in most situations on the field. This slightly goes along with talent, but everyone knows a player that has good knowledge and feel for the game, they just don't have the touch or speed really needed to be highly competitive. If knowledge can be imparted to all players then a lasting effect will be left for them for the rest of their soccer careers.
I also believe a strong feeder program is paramount for success in High School soccer. Whether it be at the middle school level, or club teams in your area, a strong feeder program is what gives the high school coaches the talent to work with.
