just to add to this "blind draw" delema... i've seen too many times in the past in boys basketball where white station and bradley central have faced off in the opening round, both being ranked in the top 4 of the state... brackets for championships, no matter if the teams have even a single common opponent is and has been the only good system; can have the rankings come from records, coach and media recommendations, whatever... i'm thinking the key word in the way our state does theirs is simply - BLIND !!! rant over, P.

hi all... cleveland with the most losses against brentwood with the fewest in the first round; thats gotta hurt the young team from cleveland, but then again... isn't that how playoffs are supposed to work? with the highest seed taking out the lowest? that is how conventional brackets are dessigned. thruthfully tho, if cleveland is healthy right now, maybe its their best shot at taking out one of the juggernauts before they get a full head of steam up for the finals. anything in sports is possible, thats why they play the game; just ask the ny giants from last season, they were deffinently not picked to go all the way, exspecially going thru both dallas and green bay on their way to defeating the prolific patriots in the super bowl... you couldn't of asked for a tougher playoff schedule if you had to script it out, but they overcame the odds game after game. so don't tell me its under the radar and all that jazz, anyone can beat anyone on any given day, P.

just came from the soddy daisey/bradley game... wow, what a difference a year has made. with bradley playing on their heals like that its a wonder they've won any games at all this year. why on earth is the region's highest scorer playing sweeper and an all district/region fullback playing offense? thought the whole idea of building a team, was just that, BUILDING a TEAM !!! ha, must of got lost in their coach'es folder somewhere... good for us tho, we won 3-0
