As I have stated before. He was brought to trail and was found not guilty and if the mother was not satisfied with the decision then she should have appealed the case. I really doubt that will happen with Coach White. He is probably one of the best coach's that really turn it on in the tournaments. Did you see the Star today, check out his stats and then rethink what you just said.

Yeah I do believe that there is alot of people in the hampton community wishes that he would take the job. I also wish that he would have taken the job years ago. I also know what Leon is capiable of doing, I played for him for three years and playing for him was a great experience. Yeah I am not saying that he knows nothing about basketball, but he doesn't have enough to be head coach for the boys. They someone with experience

Well anyone can coach a team that has all kinds of talent and win. But a coach that knows how to read what another team is doing and adjust to it and know what to adjust is a good coach. Plus Leon Tolley is one the best at doing this. If you have ever watched any game that he has ever coached. He can go into one game and after the first quarter he will know exactly what to do to beat ya. As for Lunsford he has great knowledge at the football standards. But basketball is not his sports. Yeah he done good with the girls team, which he was just there for one year, with all the seniors and juniors and the sophmores that was coming up on that team of course they are going to be good.

Know everyone in carter county knows that Lunsford came to Hampton to take the football job after J.C. retires. But there is no way that he can get the head basketball job for the boys. He is a real good motivator but doesn't have the knowledge of the game to succeed like Leon or J.R. can.

The way I look at it is if unaka won't play hampton in football then hampton should not play them in any thing just because unaka can't compete with hampton don't mean you have to quite playing them teams have their ups and downs just like cloudland they have had their bad years and they are having some of the best year that have ever been played at cloudland so unaka stink it up and take it like a man
