Big flaw in your arguement. You don't pass in the third quarter if you are already up big unless you are trying to score. If you want to train your kids you need to do it early when you see the game is getting out of hand. I have been there and I know. By crushing your opponent and saying it is their fault for not having a running clock is not right. Run dive plays between the tackles and go home.

How? I have been going to football games in East Tennessee and have been charged to park at every location. Rhea County, McMinn Co, Grundy Co, Hamilton Co. Walker Co Georgia, Dalton, Ga etc. Generally the parking fee is for the band, ROTC or some club on campus. I even saw a case at East Ridge where an individual refused to pay and the police got involved. The only time i am not charged is if I park outside the parking area or I get there before they set up.

Everybody was public until the public/private split. This includes Baylor, McCallie, Brentwood Academy etc. "When the public/private split occurred Notre Dame was giving scholarships to student athletes and felt it was not fair to them to stop so they went private. Those people are gone so now they can return to public. Please do your research before you make a statement and I won't call you stupid. Many years ago I graduated from Notre Dame because that is where catholics are suppose to go and I remember my parents paying tuition.

Don't be stupid. The Catholic school system has been private ever since NEW York stopped giving public funds to all church schools. Something about seperation of Church and State. So by saying Notre Dame "going private to recruit players" you show how little you know. Notre Dame belongs to a school system just like all the public schools in Hamilton County belong to a school system. There are feeder schools for Notre Dame in this area OLPH and St. Jude come to mind. Also since the politicians have been so busy explaining to the public how poor public education is people who can afford to have started sending their children to private schools to get a better education. So who has to recruit. Notre Dame cannot offer scholarships to its athletes so where is the advantage to recruit.

Then I guess you can't vote for anybody. You assume that Charlie Wiggins recruits because he teaches and coaches at a private school. Well I teach in a PUBLIC school and I have observed many cases of "recruiting" over the years. Memphis PUBLIC schools were put on probation a few years ago for recruiting in basketball. That is not a rumor as I heard it on the news at the time. I listened to a wrestling coach in a PUBLIC school complaing that all his good wrestling prospects were going to another PUBLIC school and his school was getting football players from that school zone (unable to verify). I was personally asked to drive three football players to our school from other school zones if the football coach could get them to come to our PUBLIC school. So to assume Notre Dame is winning because of recruiting is a cheap shot and not worth of you. I would say that Charlie Wiggins is winning because he is creative and works very hard.
