    I went to our (CBHS ) game against Melrose at Melrose. We stopped Graig Cooper because we stacked 8 men in the box, if I remember correctly. I will say this though, he's good don't get me wrong, but how good, I don't know.

    I think Chris Walker and Tyler Pounders should be on the Defense team. Walker is a junior, and he stepped up quite well when Mosby was out for the 2 games due to a dislocated wrist. Pounders, living up to his namesake, with 19.5 Tackles for Loss for 80 yards, 12.0 sacks for 53 yards. We all need to remember the Mosby Family in our thoughts and prayers with the loss of Chris Mosby.

    OK Here is what they (TSSAA security and other officals) told me and my friends when we entered the stadium. No Explosive devices No Re-entry No large backpacks, bags, or coolers Whether they will search them or not, I don't know, so if you are bringing something in question, leave it. And, at least at the D2 CBHS-MUS state title game, no one was allowed to storm the field, which was a real bummer in that I know CBHS wanted to do it, and I'm pretty sure MUS wanted to do the same. Hope that helps.

    What Memphis does is called the Bridge Builders Classic, or Bridges Bowl. ( it is called both names) It is a great way to start off the season, as you have the top private school programs, and great 4A and 5A teams. On top of that, it is played in the Liberty Bowl, which is a great expericence for all the players.

    Saturday's game was great- both teams played very well, and it came down to the last minute, just like it should have. The officials did make some "interesting" calls, and thats all I'm gonna say about them, but they did not ruin the game for either team. As a CBHS fan, I was proud of the way my team played, and sure, I'm mad that we lost, especially to MUS, no question. It was a great game, and both teams had great seasons, and I'm looking forward to next year.

    Mosby has many offers, and Harris, is the same. If you haven't seen these two in action, you need to somehow, they are just awesome.
