what does bench press have to do with wrestling. When you bench in wrestling you are usually pinned. But if you wanna talk about bench Smyrna's Pher and Adam Dedmon bench 325 and Pher is 135 pounds. Adam is 145.

middle tennessee wrestling is really catching up with our counterparts in the east and the west. Soddy and Bradley have always been good because of their feeder programs. Now we have one of the best feeders in the state. The sharpshooters in Murfreesboro run by Bill Kennedy is feeding all of our local high schools. Smyrna Lavergne Riverdale Oakland and Siegel. Rutherford county sent 35 wrestlers to the state tournament which is triple what we had last year. I'm not suggesting we're ready to compete with schools like bradley, soddy , houston , or any of the other dominant schools, but we're catching up. And the feeder programs are how you start.

who is kevin mix? For the freshman i look at Josh Patton being m.o.w he is a region champ and was best wrestler in region 5. I will wrestle also for the sophmore division but im not looking at any best wrestler awards coming my way

Who do u think is going to look impressive this weekend at the duals. Smyrna is looking to be good if everyone can make weight. I also heard LaVergne was talkin some smack. LOL how can you talk trash when they dont even have a full line up. They have moses and wesley thats about it. Rutherford county is looking stronger but i dont know how strong it will be. Their will be some good wrestlers there but it is a team tournament not individual. GO DAWGS

kyle frazier is an excellent wrestler for just his SECOND YEAR. last year was his frist year wrestlin. i don't doubt ur boy beat him some last year, ur boy has been wrestlin for how long? and kyle has been wrestlin a whole lot shorter of a time than ur boy has been. but i guaranteed come december 3rd at the rutherford county duals when kyle wrestles ur boy, kyle more than likely would win. that is all. thank u for ur time.

hi i just wanted to tell u that a tech fall is by 15 not 2. iTS also FRAZIER and he is not in regioon 5 but little josh and him will wrestle at the ruth county duals. i saw josh wrestle and he didnt look to impressive he wrestled freshman that have never wrestled. i practice with kyle everyday and he willnot get beat by a freshman especially a cocky one. bye Kyle trains hard and everyday that comment just makes him mad.
