I have not heard this but I thought it may be a option with everyone that he is losing this year including all his WR's and a lot of his line and Defense. 11 seniors which half or more played both ways and South will be Young and Small next year and that is a fact. Do you think his Dad would want him to fall on his face his Senior year? which he probable wont fall completely down but it is very likely that he will not have the season of the last two years and he may get beat up a little and will he go anywhere else and leave his Mom who helps Coach Volleyball at South? My suggestion for Curt is if you are a true Rebel Man just go play for Maryville

ego?.............. I believe everyone at this point isn't going to say that there team is just going to lose although someone has to. I know that Mo East is a very good team and it will be closer than what some say on these posts but I would say that after your post and the others that both have ego's so someone will be a little heartbroken. East has greatly improved and has confidence with a chip on there shoulders to beat South after getting beat the last two years and they want to have another shot at West and South is having there Greatest back to back seasons in the History of the School and coming of there biggest win in the playoffs last week so again I would say both have a ego. It will be hard for me to say a score when I have not seen East play this year and it would be hard for anyone to predict a 21 point win unless they really know both teams and are not pulling for one so if we have someone that has watched them both and do not care who wins please step up and tell us your thoughts. Of course I will go with South because I know them and see them getting better each week. South 35 Mo East 24 and that is with South scoring late to preserve the win.

Well O.K. I do want a BIG win and I want to go far this year of course. I would not think a blowout with Mo East and there speed and you are right that 21 would be too much but remember Mo West let them score more and I am happy with a 2 touchdown win every week. Mo East will give us a game. I think they are as good as Tenn. High at running the ball and they are able of scoring but I am not sure of there D. I just hope our Defense is up for the task again and our Offense can keep rolling.

Well actually Johnson County is a pretty good team and they have a real good RB but having said that South had twice as many yards as they did and could not get in the end zone and then they missed two field goals and a extra point on top of that. Since then South has worked out there Red Zone problems by adding a few wrinkles and the result has brought us to here.

After this past Friday I think Maryville can be beat but I really do not think Mo West will have a chance at that and my reason is that Red Bank may be the team to beat this year on this side. Red Bank looks great so far and will play Maryville before Mo West has to.

Well they will have there chance on there new schedule from what I have been told. I was told South dropped DB from there schedule along with Happy Valley and will be picking up Science Hill and Boone. I hate to see South drop DB and If they did I wish they would pick up somebody else besides Boone. I hate to have to face a team twice and that could happen. I believe you are correct in saying that is there reason for being bounced out in the first rounds and beating South, Tenn. High only helps South and the Vikings and hurts DB and that is evidents now and they should schedule better teams to help them but DB enjoys there Undefeated Seasons too much so we will see. This is not a bashing on DB because we all live in the Tri-Cities, just an observation. I saw DB's weakness early with there running game and I said if a team was able to run at them and stop #9 then they could win. I know several Seniors on this team and I hate this for them. I know they had high expectations with no playoff wins the last two years. That is Hard. I hope you come out and support the Rebels this Friday

Are you playing with our heads? and you were questioning Souths schedule earlier. This is the second round everyone deserves to be here and anything can happen. I can't stop thinking about Willie Blount and there running offense beating DB which was no surprise to me when you look at there schedule but South cannot take a Mo East team lightly. They ended Easts season two years in a row and I am sure East wants nothing more than to beat South and get another shot at West and what bragging that would be for the top two seeds in region 2 playing in the third round assuming West can take out the Vikings and both be from Morristown. I have not been able to watch Mo East play this year but they have beat some good teams and they are hungry so I hope South is able to stop the speed that East has but South does have some weaknesses and if East exploits them then South will be in a dog fight.

Boring? and I see that you like Baseball.............. I do as well but I usually wake up around the 8th inning.

I would say that is near Perfect. Not bad picks at all. There would be a couple more picks I could add but I cannot argue. Although I do not think it is Player of the Year. I think it is Athlete of the year but the picks for all the players of the year I would say would be correct. I would be surprised if it was different

Old School.......I love it. I would love to see these ran more often. It seems you only see these in youth football where there is not much passing but it is fun to watch. How about the Wishbone or T formation? I would ask about the Maryland I but I know that Centennial actually runs that but not sure about anyone else?

I know I never said it was the best but a very good change up (I prefer to run out of the I). Although the idea is not to get behind and eat the clock and have the ball at the end of the game but you can pass out of the Wing-T but it is harder when you are behind and they know it is coming. This is old school and a joy to watch. You know it's coming but Can you stop it?

Aside from the Wing-T does anyone run the Double Wing? and is that a true Wing-T that anyone is running or a Delaware Wing-T
