A few of my friends and myself have been wanting to attend this game for the past few years now and we're finally going to be able to do so... so i was just curious about a few things: 1) Do you buy the tickets at the game? 2) Do they sell out fairly quickly? 3) If they do sell out quick, how early should we arrive? 4) Lastly, approximately how many fans will be attending? Ya, I guess coalfield has three kids better than anyone on Wartburgs team? Makes perfect sense why Wartburg beat them twice last year in the district Championship last year.

Nice to see he finally just let the girls play. Oneida played bad, no doubt not the regular season lady Indians. Our girls played a very good game. To say without Coach Davis the past two teams at wartburg wouldn't have been as good is crazy. There is more talent at that school right now then Dallas ever had. Plus Dallas played AA a lot. Anyone could have coached last year's team to state. Extremely talented group of girls. This year, the group of girls are stepping up. Not the coach. The coach doesn't win games, but he can lose them. He has had the right personal in the game and it's paying off. Get use to it folks, people don't like him. I think he is a very nice and good guy, but it's obvious people don't like him. But back to the talent level if he stays next year, we will see how good his coaching skills are. He as had very good talent, that was good talent before they played for him. We will see next year, if he is a good coach. Keep winning girls.

The most vastly known Tennessee Player is Todd Helton. He didn't play at Bearden or Farragut.

Daugherty is looking at Roane State last I heard, and possibly Trevecca Nazerene. Paper said he hit over .500 last year with 44 RBI's and three homers. Plus we won 8 games with an ERA under 2. Pretty good sounding to me. What was Pryor and Skidmore's Numbers?

You are an IDIOT..plain and simple. I don't know how many times people have to tell you, Wartburg did NOT lose to you in the scrimmage! Wartburg and Oliver Springs may not be the best in the state but we are definitely NOT the worst..you should step back and look at the wins on your schedule..that alone says Sunbright is probably one of the 'worst' teams in the state. No offense to Sunbright but YOU give them a bad reputation by running your mouth and the majority of the time you obviously don't know what you are talking about! In my opinion, this will be a good game. Wartburg has gotten better and I'm sure O.S. will give it their all. We also have Schubert, Hamby, Human, and Poole coming back this game..they are key starters and that gives us an advantage as well. Good luck to both teams Friday.

I think Wartburg is just too fast and too talented for oneida to run with them. Even though it is kinda a rivarly i think Wartburg will come out with about a 20 pt win. Should b a good atmosphere and an intense game.

Wartburg comes out on top with a great win. Both sides came out ready to play. The fans were awesome! Wartburg came out with team on their mind because that is how they played. O.S. didnt have a real good shooting night. I think Schultz had under 10 or maybe a little more. O.S. is a good basketball team, but tonight I think the dogs were determined to win. Like I said i think the intensity of the game was up, the pace was up-tempo, and the atmosphere was great. I dont know about O.S., but when you have all three of those things in the same game, Wartburg generally has a good game. All in all it was a great all-around game. Final Score: Wartburg-81 Oliver Springs-63

I think the tourney being at Wartburg will give Wartburg somewhat of an advantage because i dont think Wartburg will let O.S. beat them twice on their home court and the crowd last yr was crazy for both teams so itll be fun to see. Lenoir City is a good basketball team. I thought the game would've been closer than what it was. I knew, though, that if the dog's came out and played as a TEAM that it wouldn't be a contest. I think the dog's really played together last night. Even when the starters sat the bench they we're shouting and cheering their team on. It was a very physical game, and i'm surprised Wartburg kept their cool. They have improved alot on their tempers. Anyways, great game dog's and best of luck to Lenoir City on the rest of their season.
