its about time that our boys team had a good season. If we keep our minds on the game we should do well in the tournaments

I think the score came with in 6 at one point. The game was good but not as good as I thought it would be. Not after the last game. They do have a good team. Has any one heard what really happened at York last week?

Way to go LA. What are your thoughts on the game? I thought that the boys game would be closer than what it was. By the way I remember some of the DC posters saying that we were ruthless. You were the ones that were booing everytime something was called. Any way better luck next time What was the final score? Is LA still first in district??

Leave LA alone. We are a small town where the biggest thing that has happened is still the game. I don't see how you can say that Austin-east and Fulton, Cathloic had a underachieved season all of the made the playoffs. Even beating LA in the regular season. LA may not have the best season next year but heck look at this year we went 5-5 and WON THE STATE. I would put money on us makeing the playoffs again in the comming season.

Way to go LA. You guys did something that nobody thought would ever happen at the start of the season. YOU GUYS WON THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. That trophy will look good in a LA trophy case. This couldn't have happend to a better group of guys. To my fellow seniors what a way to end your high school career. You guys set several school records and have set the bar for teams in the future. Hope that all of you get to go to what ever school you want and be as sucessfull as you were here at LA. To the DL fans congrads. on a great game today and on a great season. It was a good game to watch.

GAME DAY is finaly here!! WOW this week has went by really slow. This is my last post till after the game. I hope and pray that when I get back this afternoon that I can congradulate the CATS on their VICTORY. This has been the best season that LA has ever had. By the way I am a senior at LA and think that it would be great to go out with a state title. The LA team has been fighting to get this far for several years and now is our time. If that's the case, they'll spend much of the 4th quarter with that stunned look, wondering what just happened. I fill like a story teller but heres the story of Hogeye During the late 1930's and early 40's a number of students came to LA from a small community in northeast Overton county near monroe called Bethsadia or "Hogeye". Many of these students played basketball. One year it was said that 10 out of 15 players on the girls team was from Bethsaida or "Hogeye". When these players were on the floor playing,students that had also went to Bethsaida would yell for their classmates. They would yell "Lets go Hogeye,Lets go Hogeye" in support of there team and community. They would also yell " H-O-G-E-Y-E Hogeye Hogeye T-N-T" which has become our unofficial school mascott (Hogeye), moto and school yell. You will hear it alot saturday so at least you now know what it means

Maybe a little good news Two players at church tonight said that he was at least going to try and play friday. Lets hope so. Pray for him and the rest of the team.
