it will be tough for both teams in sub state this year, well lets just face the fact that it is sub state, and, these two teams are well, kinda young to this whole experience, and these two teams will have to elevate theirselves past these foolish acts of the region championship and settle down and face reality that they are going to face very talented teams, you have to think, these teams didn't magically appear out of no where and show up in sub state, they did earn it, and they will have the same hunger drive and mtoivation to get to state just as pc and cc will, but i will hope for the best, and to the teams, always remember, if every game were played on paper, we wouldn't play the game, just play your hearts out, 110%, no sorries or should have beens after the game, put it all in in these next games and get what you guys had played for all season, just look at it this way, i'd rather think, in my opinion, to play my heart out and get beat, than to lay it aside and think, "what could've been", go guys and good luck, and i'm from pickett, but i know people from clay cause i dated a girl there at one time, i know waldon and rich, and i'm cousins with capps and played baseball and basketball with lil' wright, your hearts will lead you, just be determined, and the only thing that can hold you guys back are yourselves, good luck boys, and the best wishes to both of ya'll monday, i'lll be rooting for you guys

i think pickett will win by five, and we'll pobaly see clay power past clarkrange, but who knows, if it were played out on paper we wouldn't play the game, good luck to all teams and congrats to the winners from both district 7-a girls and boys teams

these are the top 2 teams in district 7-A, clay stands undefeated while jacksons only 2 losses come from clay and pickett at home, this will really test the mustard and depth of these two talented teams, if jackson lets clay come and light it up in the first, well, sorry to say, it'll be over before it starts, thats what happened to jackson at clay, they tried to win the game in the fourth, that just doesn't happen, but if jackson has an A+++ game they better dig deep to pull out this win, otherwise i see clay going back homewith a 5 to 10 point win, goodluck to both teams

i'll let you know after i see him develop a team with players that never played for bibb, but i'll agree, they played well and hope they do fine for the rest of the season

looking this morning and also of yesterday the clay county bulldogs and the pickett county bobcats are int he top 10 as clay county claims the # 5 seed and pickett sits happily at # 8, i'm proud of clay in stepping up their program and taking this season with pride and taking an absolute great record probaly to state, and pickett having one of the youngest teams in state, standing 18-5, insteading of thinking this year to be a cellar dweller after losing all their starters, 4 sophmores and a junior have stepped up to make make this yet another great season for the bobcat faithful, good luck big dawgs and cool cats and and don't look back !

i just have to say that no one in van buren should have anything to say about coach bibb, because if it weren't for him vb's program would not be were it is today, and he might have made a mistake and got the technical, but hes got a young team that s gonna make mistakes, he'll grow better with this team in learning patience, but i do understand his meanings, he likes to have discliplined players out there, and he loves it when they play to their full potential, and can be dissapointed when they don't, good luck vb and pc on the rest of the season

pickett will take this one, being from pickett myself, after you lose co clinton, you get a bad taste in your mouth, and i think they'll have time to stop and regroup, and hopefully get back on the winning track, if not, this could be the beginning of a bad stretch, just look at the remaining schedule, hopefuly they'll take this one and head into the rest with a full head of steam, GO CATS

everyones heard the hype about th eclay county bulldogs great deep team returning from last year right? well i just can't figure out why if this team is so great, why are there only about 5 teams on your schedule out of your district or region? your ranked 61 in your schedule rank, i think a tougher schedule will help you all ou when tourney time rolls around!
