They got beat by the better team that day and played two good teams the two previous days...Whats your temple team doing to get better? Oh, playing hixson in the david brainerd tournament?

Have you been around basketball very long? You didnt expect Mcminn to win this game? They lost in the AA semi finals last year and returned everyone from that team....McMinn is 9-10 deep and CSAS had a player out, and two players got in foul trouble in the first half, and Mcminn simply just wore them down physically.....

They lost by 42pts to last years region champs...Id say they have alot of work todo, to make it to state...

The teams playing at Chattanooga Christian are a side of the bracket and the teams playing at CSAS are a side. Therefore the winners will play each other, and the losers will play each other in the consolations.

This is an old schedule i think....I know they sent out about 3 of them, but some teams had conflicts with playing times.....Hopefully the newspaper will release the final schedule soon....

Indian, things could change up a somewhat this week. I saw a list of the teams in the Best of Preps tournament. CSAS, Grace, Mcminn Central, Grundy, CCS, Baylor,Gps are all in it...Should be some good basketball this week.

17 high schools in one county...the Talent is spread too thin among those schools....

I think a big problem is the lack of a real middle school system...I know in Chatt. the season starts early oct. and ends by the first week of dec. or there about. I have friends in middle TN and they play from nov. to almost feb. i believe, and play 18 or so games plus a tournament.... Rarely in the city do you have a skilled freshman that comes in and can compete right away... Another reason could be, that there are 17 or 18 high schools in the city system, so talent gets spread around, where as with the top 5 on the list, are pulling from their counties....

Interesting....I find it hard to believe that any coach in chattanooga wouldnt want a player with D1 potential on their team..Maybe Compton is happy she isnt at Grace, but he cant be happy that she ended up with the lady patriots

Is losing by 7 having a chance? The mentality of teams in Chattanooga is what kills me, especially in Single A...They just bow down and say they dont have a chance instead of working harder to get better...for example, the middle school league down here is a joke..they play 8 games or so and are done in about 2 months and the coaches collect their checks.... Which camp was this? The UTC camp? I saw Baylor lose to CSAS at that camp....If Baylor beat cleveland at utc camp im sure it was clevelands 2-3rd team playing...no disrespect just facts...

Sooo back to the original question....Is it against TSSAA policy to charge for parking to a regular season event?
