There was a muffed punt (or appeared to be) and some players didn't realize it and stopped play, and the ones that saw it kept going after the ball. The ones that stopped thought they were being hit late, pandemonium ensues, flying drop kicks... That's the way I interpreted it. By moving around in the pocket long enough to get a pass off. One was basically a punt, one was pretty much a jump ball at the end of the half, the other 2 could have been better throws.

Quick passes should be off in 1.5-2 seconds, drop back passes in 3 seconds.
