  1. I remember reading about that in S.I. It was actually 99mph is where he topped out at, but stays consistant at 94-96. And the kid was only like 6'1". It was crazy to read about, b/c the next week I was headed down to Deland, Flordia to play in the American Legion SE Regionals. And was like I can not wait to WATCH this guy pitch.
  2. Where are all of the Sycamore fans? We have not heard from them in a long time.

  5. We are trying it out in our first district game, I think it gives the opponents a mindboggling approach to the plate.
  6. Thats correct, sorry I had a typo.
  7. lol did you see Larry last night from the Three Stooges, the referee. Wow that was hilarious
  8. Papatiger, I heard that the Waverly team from 3 years ago has been selected to play again this year in the state tournament. OMG GET OVER THEM THEY ARE OVER AND DONE, NO ONE CARES! Just realize that Waverly had a bad year in both boys and girls, its ok. Maybe next year.
  9. E5, I checked in the TSSAA rule book and it does not say that you can have more than one pitcher on the rubber at the same time. I was thinking that I could get my best LHP and RHP pitcher and my worst LHP and RHP pitcher all to huddle on the rubber with their backs to the field and facing each other, then secretly pass the ball around and on the count of 3 everyone but the person with the ball fakes the throw (and the pitcher with the ball, throws the pitch), and everyone throws from different arm angles. What is your thought on this one? How should I work this out?

  11. Just heard that Jake West will not be playing for Stewart Co. this year, he has decided to play AAU Basketball. I hope it does him well with the whole scholarship thing, he deserves it. Good luck West. Tough loss for Stewart Co.
  12. I really think every citizen from Cheatham Co. will be at the game tonight.
  13. I heard Ben Lehning is playing this year, should be a good asset to the team.
  14. Good catcher, I think I remember playing him when I was 16. Him and the first baseman were good players.
  15. There are two catchers im sure that I will be catching him at some point. I hope we dont have another person on our hands who has to talk themselves up on Coacht, I know a few others that do that on here. How will siegel be this year?
  16. We are trying to get one with Columbia, but other than that we are going to intersquad alot and play Clarksville on the 3rd in a DH
  17. There you go. Believe me just about everyone knows who I am.
  18. lol no but I look for him to get some W's this year along with Cory Hale and another suprising face on the mound. We will be using some arms this year in the District that other teams have never seen, and they are all seniors. Yeah I noticed you showed up kind of late tonight. YES FINALLY HIT 500 POSTS! IM A CHALLENGER! LOL
  19. Harpeth 52 Cheatham Co. 50 OT scores may be wrong but I know it was by two.
  20. How is this Robinson kid, what does he throw like? I've heard alot about him, just not sure what all to believe.

These two pitchers are overlooked but these two will be signing with 2 top D1 schools!!! its_nasty_time Find Member's Posts Feb 13 2007 - 12:51 PM Post #19 Group: Guests Posts: 53 Joined: Apr 11, 2006 Member No.: 95,118 david lipscomb wil end up playing harpeth again for the sectional and then it will be a toss up for who makes it to state....last year harpeth played great and david lipscomb hit a wall with their bats and defense! look for these two teams to dominate all year!!! DL and Harpeth split last year with 2 good outings by senior RH pitcher Josh Holt hurling a 3 hitter vs. Harpeth in the first matchup and then he lost to harpeth in the sectional game when he came out in the 4th after Harpeth got their 2ND hit of the game and were down 6 to 0!?!?!?! thats explains a lot to what happened to DL last year!!! its_nasty_time Find Member's Posts Feb 14 2007 - 09:49 PM Post #8 Manager Group: Guests Posts: 53 Joined: Apr 11, 2006 Member No.: 95,118 i love the fact that all is ever mention by harpeth is their win...what about their loss???? did anyone forget about that one??? 3-1 Lipscomb 3-hitter by josh holt....hmm... its_nasty_time Find Member's Posts Feb 14 2007 - 10:01 PM Post #3 Manager Group: Guests Posts: 53 Joined: Apr 11, 2006 Member No.: 95,118 agreed!! lipscomb's pitching staff led by senior RHP Josh Holt and the power of the batting line-up will be too much for any team to handle in the district....I think Ezell-Harding should hide under a rock somewhere b/c its gonna be another long season for them There are a few facts. Just let your game do the talking. Not to mention all the other screen names you have made up and probably posted other things about how ungodly you are. Your a good pitcher, with some potential but just let your game do the talking, instead of hyping yourself up. You dont see Logan Darnell or PJ Fransiscon on here talking about themselves. Talk for your team more and not some much yourself. People will diff. think better of you as a pitcher, just trying to help you out no harm intended
  22. Harpeth 12 CPA 3 WP- Johnson 2 IP 3K's 1hit 0walk LP- #15? Good game for the first day. All aspects of the game were good. All 3 runs of CPA were unearned. There was only one error.
  23. yes, the game has been changed to be played at Harpeth though
