Fact is the ref jumped to conclusions and misinterpreted the play as something ALOT worse than what it actually was and Siegel will probably have to pay for that horrible mistake by that referee.

If you look at how rankings in general are determined...For the most part its not based on results...Its based on potential and how people think they will do in college. Its all about hype. Boroman...rivals isn't the only site out there. For instance Hoop Alliance had him at #86 before last summer. He had a very good summer as well so I know his ranking didn't drop any from that. He was a Smith & Street Honorable mention All American. That is a very respected magazine. All these people putting so much into the numbers...go look at rivals and see what kind of numbers some of those guys are putting up. Some are very good yes but some aren't..but the potential is there.

He is a nominee...doesn't mean he is a finalist...theres a series of cuts. Doesn't mean he is a finalist however he does deserve to be recognized. He was listed as high as the #86 best high schooler in the nation in various recruiting services. I would probably put him around the 6th best player in the state. He def. deserves to make it at least this far in the nomination process.

Thats just it...if they were trying to inflate his numbers for a Mr. Basketball campaign...they would do so where it wouldn't look obvious. Not to where its the first thing u see... We all admit theres something wrong here. But our coaches aren't dumb enough to try and send those in and have people believe them...nobody is. There was an error somewhere....now since you have made it your personal crusade against these stats go find out where they came from randy. And most media goes to tennessean for stats....theres no stat page here on coacht.

If they were going to pad stats...they would make it so its not obvious....thats asking for someone to look at it. Think logically here....not out of your dislike for Siegel.
