the lady devils beat clay county 55-43. tough game. made lots of free throws at the end for the 12 pt win. all tourny- brooke greenwade, imia wade and megan roberson. congratulations to the lady blue devils and their coaches !

sorry exceed didn't realize that a local team like coach v's was a different level than a team like tn. elite. if clark was given the ok to shoot anytime she wanted in the wh heritage district, she would be averaging over 50 points a game and shooting 75% not 20% and her teammates would love her because she is a team player.

Exceed-if my memory is correct-jacie played aau basketball when she was in middle school for the cross country coach at WH heritage. he was teaching at white house middle school at the time. When did jacie ever play travel soccer?

that is funny patriot#3 because i'm not even a player just a spectator. i guess that she must of come in the stands and shot from there as well. she will shot from anywhere now. she is a shooter don't get me wrong but 50 shots a game is overkill and averaging around 25 points. humm nice percent !! do the math !

Jacie has been playing basketball ever since she could hold a basketball. She was and still is a Gym Rat. Her mom was the middle school basketball coach for years and years. Her mother coached the boys and girls at one time. I would love to see how many shots that Jacie has actually taken this season and her shooting percent for the 2 and the 3 point line. When i have seen her play, she shot more than both teams put together. I guess it would be easy to score as much as she does.

Just heard that the blue devils beat hendersonville tonight. That is a major win for White House. congratulations to the Blue Devils !!

fish4- who likes to lose. when you are playing teams in that district day in and day out, you tend to lose alot of self esteem and self confidence. when you play an A or AA school, you have zero confidence and second guess yourself when you do anything. i'm sure it will get better for the white house programs when they return to AA when they are not getting slammed everynight. when the winning comes back the interest will come back. by the way, check out the middle school record for the past four years and tell me if there was a winning record. the girls are great kids but don't know how to win. ( or have the Will power to learn.) Good luck Blue Devils hang in there ! AA will be here soon enough !!

mt. juliet was good to whhs. the mt. juliet program is definitely a very polished team. both the coaches and the players displayed alot of class. they could of easily pressed the entire game and scored into the hundreds but didn't. when you go to their bench they just reload. good luck against wilson ! white house good luck against hendersonville.

the team has been playing a AAA schedule since Lemley has left too. that will make a little difference don't you think ? we all know that white house is out of their league playing in one of the most successful districts in the state of tn.

The Lady panthers definitely have a good defensive game going on if they can hold their opponents to such a low score.

thanks sportster ! white house is a good community made up of great people. this one game doesn't need to cause hard feelings! i'm sure in the future the sports scene will become interesting just like the beech/hendersonville scene. that is what sports is all about "COMPETITIVE" look forward to sitting through some really great games between these two schools.

jcox08- you were the one starting to bash white house and all i wanted you to do is look over the schedule and look at the strength of the team each plays. the blind school was a joke so take it for what it is worth and get over it. try playing the schedule that the blue devils have for the last 4 years as to yours the last two years. the refs excuse is lame and always has been for any player or coach to make that as an excuse for losing. you never know what kind of refs you will get now and days. who would ever want to be a referee. you adjust your play so you will not get caught for certain things a refs likes to call. both teams are "WELL COACHED" and both have some hard working players on the teams but we all know there were going to be some cheap shots made at each other like the one on levering.

jcox08- if you want to check the records of both teams then also check out the opponents. the blue devils do not have any blind teams nor montessori teams on their schedule. only thing that matters is the blue devils did some butt kickin' tonight. Go Blue Devils ! No Excuses !!

uthater501-you apparently were a former player that didn't get the playing time that "YOU THOUGHT" that you desire. stop venting and get over it. go play intramurals in college and see why you didn't get the playing time.

timbdp- get your facts straight before telling why certain people quit off a team. leah has been hurt and guidicy had other things on her mind than playing basketball. they both are great girls. they didn't quit because of the new head coach. he is a great guy and is trying his best with the girls that he has. in today society, girls have other things they want to think about other than sports. the way today's youth thinks if they don't think that the sport is going to benefit "them" then why waste their time, so they quit. the pride of playing sports is few and far between with the kids today. 90% of them have no clue what "PRIDE" means. the post girl that the sportster is referring too is brooke greenwade (soph).

wombat- every game corey has the best or the two best defenders on him and still averages 28 points a game. yes, he gets fouled all the time because others are jealous of his talent and the publicity he gets. there are so many times that an opponent will try and undercut him on a layup to keep him from getting a dunk. he smiles non stop because he is a great person. he is human though and probably tired of all the rednecks trying to kill him everytime he has the ball in his hands. he is a very modest guy and everyone in the Community just loves him. he has not let all this publicity go to his head like others would. like ThaOneO said- you don't just get McDonalds All - American without having major skills. so get to know corey before you criticize him !!
