he's not an idiot- he's exactly right... and if chs HAD come out of their zone quicker, yes, franklin might have thrown the ball away, but CHS would have carried or thrown it away just like they did... but bottom line: franklin did what they had to do to win. (eventhough it wasn't pretty) i could see everyone complainin about holding the ball for the last shot if it didn't work, but... the game went into OT, Franklin Won, the strategy worked. Bruce Pearl didn't take Matthew Dotson from Hickman Co (who had already signed) in 2005 when he got the job at UT....... i think franklin is really that good... and they will be #1 some unexpected close games in tournament but once region hits... siske will be known and "the fast 3" will step up its tournament time... "the fast 3" are seniors... they play w/ heart on a normal night... don't tell them it might be their last as a rebel... or they'll play harder!

doesn't seem like the franklin guys have been playin well since 2 weeks ago vs. Brentwood... a game they should have taken easily, but only won by 12 ((however Tonio wasn't there)) Hopefully they can get it together before tournament... they are starting to sound like a women's team in the college game... haha

i couldn't agree more... i made it to this game, and while i don't blame games on officials... the freethrow situation was: 10/15 for the rebels... 38/49 for the bears? i promise u there was no difference in intensity and defensive play on our end as there was on theirs... coach johnson made a call right after the game to make sure "the one" inparticular never would return to the rebel court .... but like faninthestand said... it was great talent and they will meet again- hopefully the true talent can be distributed this time
