That #1 ranking may actually work against them in the scheme of things. Gets other teams jacked up to play them, too. Yea but its hard to get "jacked up,'' when you are playing in the Eagles Nest. This game is at home, and I very rarely see any team happy to play us at home.

Cosby has a lot of momentum coming into this game being ranked #1 in the state, and also coming off a huge victory in PF, Cosby wins at home against Rockwood by double digits. GO EAGLES!!!

If you would read the whole message i put excluding Timmy. Dexter left after his freshman year because he didnt get any playing time, and he went to Cosby and is a star, and dont try to say because he is playin in 1A. And you also must realize whoever this is that this is the high school level everybody isnt suppose to get playing time, you are in high school thats when the best play the game. Coaches should go with the talent and lineups that will win them ball games and obviously Cocke County doesnt know much about that the past decade. Also I didnt say that Markie was the best player Cocke County has but he should have started, in high school Ryan Lindsey couldnt carry Markies ball shoes. Ryan shouldnt even be mentioned playing as a star because he didnt get good untl he got out of high school. This is high school everybody dont pay 30 dollars and required to play 1 quater. You need to get your facts straight again. GO EAGLES!!!

This isnt Austin Warren 1st of all, and secondly i didnt join this just to talk trash, i joined to talk sports and i do know cosby basketball and support them, so u need to know who you are talkin to before you talk trash. And on your last little paragraph you used great words , " was TOO good for Cocke County" When Cocke County gets stars they dont know how to use them, 1st of all the past three years before this year the freshman coach didnt know how to use the talent that was gave to him, so as a loss they have lost three star players, Markie Magaha, Timmy Blakely, and Dexter Manning. The reason the players left the school is because they were to good for the coaches to know how to use them. ( Excluding Timmy) I dont get how you bring up the name Austin Warren transfering, like that matters to anybody. I am just proving a point about the basketball program at Cocke County. GO EAGLES!!! CANT COMPETE IN AAA????? I dont know who u are, but u need to get your facts straight, COSBY is a basketball school, and has been the past 20 years. Cocke County hasnt had a decent team since 01-02. And before that i couldnt tell you when they have had a winning season. So naturally when you get out of grade school would you rather go to a winning school that knows how to treat their athletes and wins ball games, or go to an unorganized school with no disipline for the players (CCHS) and have a losing record. I would rather go to a winning school no matter the division, but saying that the players cant compete??? You need to look at the facts before you say that the boys cant compete.. GO EAGLES!!!

I watched the whole game of the 1st matchup of cosby and pf, and this is the way that i will put it. Cosby couldnt have played any worse and PF couldnt have gotten any luckier. It was a horrible game for Cosby, but look for them to bounce back strong after a blowout on homecoming, they are ready to play. Lets not forget cosby now has something to play for #1 in 1A. Cosby wins by 15 at PF!!!! GO EAGLES!!!!!

What about M. East, Cherokee, Rutledge, and Pf is next, you are just mad because you cant handle the hype of THE COSBY EAGLES being #1. Overrate yourselves?? We have one of the best post players in the state (Timmy Blakely), and 1 of the most underrated Juniors in 1A (Kelvin Rone) and not to mention Dexter Manning and Todd Jenkins. Underrated?? We will see when it comes down to the state tournament in the Boro. COSBY EAGLES #1
