Blackman has like 4 freshman that get playing time every game on varsity. That shows age doesn't matter.

the only thing is cutter sometimes trys to do too much, and they didn't really do anything in the paint against beech. most of their points probably came from three pointers.

in 2 years oakland will beat riverdale in football for sure and in basketball this year

some of riverdale's touchdowns were by luck or a mistake by oakland's defense. one touchdown a fumble had a lucky bounce that went right into the arms of a riverdale player. another p.j. polk lost his footing and missed a tackle. not to mention there should have ben a safety when oakland punted and riverdale got the ball spotted on the one.

i wouldn't blame the RBs or Tyler for the lack of offense. oakland's offense line has ben inconsistant all year. they might do great one drive and terrible the other. if oakland and la vergne both loss the rest of their games, oakland will go to the playoffs. if oakland just wins one they are in.

my pick is smyrna because i don't think riverdale can stop their passing game

oakland lost because they came out in the second half flat and didn't have the same intensity. it seems oakland always play's good just one half a game.

i think it will be a close game. it all depends on what oakland's offense does.

if you say la vergne is so good why did you say blackman is going to make it to the playoffs? i don't even think la vergne will get double digits against oakland. only two teams have scored ten or more on oakland. one was franklin and the other was lc(which are the only two losses of oakland).

it seems this year la vergne is running the ball more than passing. la vergne has had success with the option against the teams they have played. it helps having a quarterback than can run as good as a running back.

i don't think la vergne will be able to pass on oakland because oakland has a pretty good secondary.

in the 3rd quarter against LC Oakland scored 2 touchdowns pretty quickly. if oakland's offense plays like that the whole game they would win big.

This Friday is Oakland's homecoming. Will Oakland bounce back from an overtime loss and beat the Wolverines.

to many missed tackles was the biggest factor in oakland's loss since LC rushed for over 200 yards.

oakland's secondary is pretty good. most teams try to throw to bud's side because he's short. i think the only completion to his side was a screen pass all year.

i heard they were big and strong but without quickness i don't think they could block griff or elrod.

you also have to watch sam bass at fullback. he can come in and get some hard yards.

this is a diferent oakland defense from last year. they are alot better.
