Dude look just because a team is ranked does not mean that they deserve the right to go to regional sectional or state, rankings mean absolutely nothing! if you win you go on if you lose you go home. just because milan is ranked #1 in AA state, does not mean that everyone else should lay down and ALL HAIL MILAN! they might be good but they can be beaten- any team can. and stop talking about how a team deserves another chance if they have an off night -everyone does- and thats baseball if you show up to play then you wont have an offgame. the only reason why anyone should possibly complain and i dont even agree with this is if a ONE MAN TEAM OR ONE PITCHER gets a team all the way through the district region and into state. otherwise baseball is baseball win or lose, accept the fact that everyone will lose and win. again rankings mean nothing, people use judgement on rankings, go out and play and win and you should go to region or state, thats the way it is.

after tonight i would think b/c there are still games to be played, i know of fairview and harpeth...there may be others.

they need to be challanged this season, uh they play overton(state runner up), farragut (back to back state champs year ago), and goodpasture( been to state tourney last couple of years) in 2 days. they play mt. juliet, blackman, columbia(all AAA) in 2 days during preseason, travel to play in smryna in a AAA tournament. play david lipscomb late in season(05 state champs), play talented warren co. AAA and stacked JP2 during preseason. Believe me they get challenged during the season on non district games by playing only talented AA schools and AAA& D2 schools.

That was harpeths 5th game in 3 days and they played their JV the whole last day of that tourney and they played lexington the last day. so go ahead and brag about beating harpeths jv all you want.

coacht obviously has something about people posting about harpeth games going on, that happen to be big games that people want to talk about

good topic but definately for baseball and football(i have no clue about basketball)

From what I have heard the Northwest team has one pretty good player not really sure of his name though. Everyone else im not so sure about. Sycamore should win this game big, possibly a small confidence boost before another district game.
