I agree with GC Pioneer!! Look out 14AA! Congratulations Westview Lady Chargers!

There is no doubt that Meghan Fuqua's season would have been over on February 21st after completely tearing her ACL if not for the help of Brian Smith. Brian sacrificed his personal time and started Meghan's rehab on Sunday night so she would be ready for the region tournament. He "stayed with that knee" through the championship game and will continue as Meghan rehabs following her surgery April 1st. Brian, thank you from the bottom of our very grateful hearts for being there to help Meghan realize her dream of playing at Murfreesboro! You were an answer to our prayers.

Congratulations Lady Panthers on a wonderful finish to your season! We are so proud of you and look forward to watching you play in high school. We are especially proud of #5 !

It was great to see the Fab Five start the game for Senior Night! It made me realize how close it is to the end of the season and in five weeks all the hard work, dedication and dreams will come to fruition. What a unique group of young ladies and the memories they have made! They make us all so proud. According to "Old Salem Math", Kendall 30, Chris 18 and Meg 12. Yee haa!! Keep praying for miracles and that noses and knees stay where they are suppose to!

Coachinhoops, Thank you for your prayers! Meghan did re-injure her knee Friday night, two years to the day she tore her ACL. Tests are inconclusive at this time due to the swelling but we are fairly sure there is a partial tear. Meghan is hoping to rehab and play out the rest of her senior year. She is in good spirits but she does covet your prayers.

OK, WHSMom that was a direct hit and it "burned"! Oh well, it was worth knowing that the Wizard had to sprint all the way across the school to turn the fire alarm off. I guess it's just a "little" payback for all the times our offspring had to run for something! Hummmm.... you know I have four years left to be the Popcorn Queen with the youngest offspring joining the Lady Charger's next year. The Wizard better get ready to exercise!!

Meghan is 5'10" and she plays 3, 4 and 5. She plays 1 or 2 when needed. Her favorite position is a 3. Thanks for your interest!

Meghan, we are so proud of you and the young lady you have become! Now it is time for you and the rest of the "Fab Five", Amanda, Christie, Kendall and Selena, to lead your team to the "boro" and the Gold Ball that you have all dreamed about since the sixth grade.
