Somebody was saying how your team isnt impressive and its weird your still in it. I hope we meet you so Harpeth (region champs) can shut you and the rest of your team up. #4 fraizer is a great shoter and will put you away if you let him shut him down and they will get beat.

There was no MVP. All tournament team from HHS: Mendenhall, Ensminger, Richardson.

Control, control, control.....of the game or the crowd? It's a good thing no one sat in front of the guy from McNairy with the blue shirt on. He wore those bleachers out running up and down the entire game ranting and raving at the referees. I'm surprised he lasted that long......goodbye.

The refs hurt Harpeth in the first half, I would say it was even through the game. I agree the officiating has stunk the whole region tournament. I don't think the reason Harpeth won was because of the refs, though. They wanted it more than Mcnairy did. Harpeth has an awesome team and could be the next state champs. Don't blame a loss on the refs, blame it on the team.

I dont know if Liberty and Chester Co. are in the same district, but Harpeth matched up well, and exceeded, their speed as far as guards go. Liberty definately has a strong post game, but Harpeth is made of shooters so I hope Liberty's gaurds are good defensively. I know Liberty has a fast guard, but three on one? Plus, the Mitchell sisters are good at playing against bigger players than them. Did you see the Colombia game?

Harpeth's triple threat, Mendenhall, Richardson, and Ensminger, play well together and when they are on they can be a tough match to compete with. Lindsay Mitchell has been tearing up the paint lately, too. If the indians are on like they were Friday I pick them to win by 10+; even if they're not, their strong defense and ability to move up and down the court fast will give them an edge either way. Some say force Harpeth to a half-court game and the opponent will have the advantage. That may be true and may not be. Whether its true or not, taking the ability from Harpeth to set the pace of the game is easier said than done.

Harpeth plays Liberty Tech on Monday at 8:00 in Lexington. Judging by the game against chester county on friday, I'd say they are ready for Liberty Tech. It will be a close game, but I see harpeth coming out on top.
