After seeing this post i cannot take anything else of your's seriously. 1)Oakland's freshman football teams have only lost 1-2 games in each of the past 2-3 years but you see it doesn't always equate to much on the varsity level. 2)Have you seen Siegel's freshman play basketball? 3)HAVE YOU EVER SEEN HOW BAD YOUR GIRL'S BASKETBALL TEAM IS!?!?!? AND THEIR BEST 2 PLAYERS ARE SENIORS!

They should be on. Even if it ices over tonight by tomorrow afternoon everything should be back to normal.

There was something in the paper about it last week. It said something like the Jordan's didn't have very good traction so they switched up after half. I believe Harris said they hadn't worn the J's very much so they weren't very broken in. The paper then spun that story into saying Siegel played much better in the 2nd half and it was possibly because of the shoes lol

WHAT? If he isnt the best player on his team why didn't Amare or Marion carry the Suns to 60 wins and the conference finals before they signed Nash? Amare had 2 years to do it without Nash and Marion had 5. You obviously know little about the National Basketball Association .

It doesnt eliminate him from being the best player in the NBA either. "The best player" is 100% opinionated there is no stat that determines "the absolute best player in the league". Some people may think Nash IS the best player in the league because he makes his teammates better. Others may think it is Arenas, James, Bryant, etc. because of their overall talent. The best talent in the league doesn't always equal the best player. I don't think Allen was the best talent in the league last year but yes i do think he was the best player because he took a team that was supposed to be average-above average and made them very above average. Siegel was supposed to be state title contenders and Oakland was supposed to be a distant 2nd in the district. But Allen elevated his team's play and pulled the upset in the regular season district standings.

He won the MVP of the district last year, something voted on by the coaches. So if the opposing coaches believe he was the best last year, he's got my vote too.

I agree but who knows-- if Allen continues to carry Oakland and R-E somehow begins to slip or Miller gets injured...you never know what could happen.

How can someone NOT give Allen credit? He's been the best player in the district for almost 2 years now. He and Cutter are two completely different players. I'm not saying Cutter isn't a very good player in this district but it is very tough compare those two.

Actually Lebanon is listed at 5-6 while Siegel is listed at 4-7. The loss to Riverdale over xmas break means nothing and doesn't count in regards to the district standings. So Siegel sits solidly in 6th place, 1 full game behind Lebanon.

How are they a half-game out of 5th when each district team has played the same amount of games?
