I'm curious as to why Cascade only reported the home teams box scores to the tennessean. I know the home team is responsible for getting them in. Did they not keep scores for Forrest? Maybe somebody can shed some light.

The stats are not complete on Tennesseean for 9A. Forrest had a game on Wednesday night prior to Thanksgiving that is not listed. Forrest plays Eagleville at home tomorrow night, should be a good one!

The perspective has changed from when this thread was started to now. It is what it is. And if I'm right, Forrest lost 4 starters. Looks like it's a rebuilding year for everybody!

The technical foul was a sub violation. It appeared when Dickens fouled out, there was no sub in after the ref's time out.

This has been an exciting basketball season and I loved watching your enthusiam at every game and am looking forward to alot more in the days to come. I know you are so proud of Ayla. She just kept making something happen the other night in the game. Her smile could not have gotten any bigger when she was announced Tournament MVP. I loved it. A hand full of parents and the student section does not make up the whole fan/parent/student section of Forrest. There were those there that just wanted to watch a good game between two good teams. Good luck to both teams in Regions. Do you know the story behind the "overrated" chant?

No where in my post do I even mention anything about anyone fouling out. No where in my post do I even mention anything about anyone picking up their 3rd foul in the 2nd period. You know what really bothers me...I believe that if an Official blows his whistle and calls a foul, he should be consistent on both sides. We always hear fans gripe that the officiating was lopsided in a game. Sir, I am not griping, I'm telling the truth. I know that there were fouls called that should have been called, but please, do you really think that this game should have been called so close on one team and not the other. I am through fussing about it. We lost...just square (not fair). Have a great today!

WoodenFan you must have been at the other Van Buren game last night. That was the worst Officiating I have ever witnessed. Just in the second half alone the fouls were 17 -5. We haven't had 17 fouls a game all year. If the tables were turned and we had pulled it out and the fouls were reveresed, what would you be saying then? Look, the refs didn't beat us, we beat us. Plain and simple. But don't sit there and say the fouls were fouls. Even your own fans at the doorway to the gym were apologizing for the way the game was called unfairly when we left last night. Be honest with yourself! And by the way, I don't remember half of your town coming to Chapel Hill when we hosted.

We played with Erin in AAU Ball....not only is she great on the court but is a class act off.
