  1. Take your loss out on me, i can take your little remarks, Btw...my game didnt back it up? 3 in arole 4 out of the last 5 belongs to us, i was apart of much of those, and pull out some game film of two years ago and that will show you backing it up. And triton ill find out who you are ... As for onieda, if im your biggest concern of the week/night than youll be lucky to beat oakdale, btw i didnt see an age limit requirment on this site.....go eat at your little macdonalds (which by the way is the only CLass A team that has one.....kinda odd huh) and shut your mouth, i made all reagion 3 straight years and all east tn 2 of the three...you wanna talk about my bad play? I beat you three out of four years, whats that sayabout your "fortitude"
  2. Just wanting to know everyones thoughts on this game, it has no meaning on regional play but it should be a good game to watch, both teams displaying excellent speed, who has the men up from to open the holes for this speed? My answer to that is Coalfield, the line struggled somewhat in the passing game against Oneida but the run blocking was just fine, Hensley has to be frustrated in the lack of passing game, Hill is still young he will pull together soon enough. But hes doing enough to win, i think he does enough to win against harriman friday night as well, 21-12. Good lucky guys and defense, Keep doing an excellent job!
  3. Congrats to Zach Smith!....he Really, well did nothing impressive. Good job Jackets, it wasnt very pretty but hey, its a win, start getting ready for Harriman their a key SLEEPER team this year, they can make a run at it, but i know you guys will meet the challange. thumb
  4. Ask Me, Zach Wild ran all over Coalfield last year, but can you tell me who won the game? Good luck tonight Coalfield ill be there supporting!
  5. Believe It is the key words. I was at the game to support my old team and my boys did what i knew they could. Hensley and Gilbert have proven and lived up to the Hype. It should be a great year for Coach Kries and the boys. I have much respect for that program, heck i played for it didnt i. Great work Jackets!
  6. Coalfield looks tough guys, Speed definetly kills and we havent had that around here in a long time. Wartburg was down, yes, but they had a very strong line and Coalfield proved theirself beyond belief. I was very happ to see my Alma Mater kick some bulldog butt. Their biggest game of the year for the exception of maybe Greenback or Midway is coming up friday. Onieda is bringin back most of their team from last year as far a skills position, Coalfield beat them last year in a tough game, so this year im looking near the same. But im taking Coalfield 35-14. Im looking for anothe rbig win for the Jackets. Steven, Mpg, ive played with you guys since i was 5 and your at the prime of you career, dont overlook it and keep working hard, im already filled with regret, but you gotta keep going. Good Luck to Coalfield i know ill be there to watch this one.
  7. Well Well Well.... I guess since im a has been i havent checked up on coachT until today, the night of the big game, and thought i would throw in my two cents on my frist post this year....Btw King Brian, i woulda made a heck of alot better Langleys Loser than that stupid coin toss .... but onto important stuff.. I think Coalfield comes out a winner, Im guessing 20-14. Wartburgs Line is going to add the 14 points, their big and strong and impressive, but, Coalfield has more talant in this ordeal, Both Qb's and inexperienced but Johnny has more experience around him to work with, Ex. Micheal Paul, Steven Hensley, Duncan, Davis.....Coalfield backs are going to have to block though, to give Johnny a few mores econds in the pocket, On Defense, Coalfield has the slight edfe because of a few names, Dustin Carrol, Chris Coker, And Joe Cotton, you can be as strong as u want to and still have problems with these guys. I wish i could strap on the old number 5 and play but i cant, so ill just be in the stands hoping for a good game.
  8. Coalfield beat a talanted sale creek Tuesday night. If Sale Creek keeps out of foul trouble they will surprise some people. We just got their post into foul trouble early and they fed me and ricky the ball almost all night. I pulled in a career high 30 points. But, i was mostly concerned with our future, i know we can be a tough team to handle. And tuesday we'll see what we got, But as far as after season tourneys, who expects us to drop out early? Late? Now remember when you post, we were predicted to lose to Cak and Scott County, and probably Sale Creek, but posted respectable wins against all three, so please just tell me your comments. I was just wanting to open a topic up for Coalfield Basketball. Not about games in perticular, just an open disscussion overall.
  9. Patty didnt impress me, what impresses me is cak's run for the title. And if patty wasnt taking a needle in the butt, he wouldnt be a starter. But since he does that he is the toughest? i think not. Shut em up Cak!!! Im tired of hearing their mouths. And hey pujo havent talked to you in awhile.
  10. It looks like we have some tricks up our sleeves. Coalfield overcome the odds and played Scott Countys fast pace game, and well, Coalfield wins in overtime by 9. Good adjustments by Ronnie and a great ball game to be apart of. Not sure on any stats but i think Steven led scoring with 23. He had 4 coming in to the 4th quarter. I personally had 12 points 10 board and 5 blocks. Not for sure on Ricky or Mpg, both playing outstanding. We like the respect were getting, and were taking it as motivation and turning the basketball program around. Looking forward to many more good games in the district with harriman rockwood and onieda. It outta be a good exciting basketball season !!!
  11. Their coaching staff should have all the credit in the world, yet, Coalfield should be controlling their own destiney even as we speak. Coalfield should have beat cak. I think everyone knows this. But Coalfield also beat Oneida. And if things wouldnt have got stopped like the clock did, Coalfield and Cak should be in the playoffs. Dont Diss Coalfield because we gave cak the biggest scare yet. And if the time was kept on the field, instead of the press box, Coalfield should be in the playoffs and possibly still playing. But i wish Cak best of luck, i want you all to do the best you can. Im still upset because my senior year was left up to one clock keeper. But things happen for a reason.
  12. Watch out for Coalfield, were turning things around this year, we seen what we lost in football and isnt happening in basketball....look for some good games with C-town!
  13. Im glad you guys think im up in the best tight ends. Might be playing some college ball, hope coach Kries can get me there... i gave it my all catching the ball for Coalfield, i ve had a few good ones. thanks for the thought that i could be the best...
  14. Congrats to Cak.... But why couldnt you do that to onieda so we ( Coalfield ) could be taking on cloudland...from the looks we had just as good shot as winning that game as you all did, and an easier road. but hey CONGRATS!!!!!
  15. Well, as you know im from Coalfield and this may sound biast, but....this is how i saw it. Cunnigham dropped back in the pocket, escapes pressure, rolls left, completes to a reciever who breaks two tackles and is stopped on the 5 yard line after a 39 gain took less than 7 seconds. Well, i think thats all i need to say. Coalfield fought hard and now we ask you cak players to get us into the playoffs. Beat onieda! ! ! ! p.s. (CHRISTIAN acadamey of Knoxville, thou shall not steal is a commandment!) And i think it was a 2 point try Rsquared cuz i had a good snap.
