today we (ncs) played this team called bethsda from indiana..we won 5-2 and then 10-0.... they had one really good pitcher and average batting but what hurt was their lack of depth in their pitching rotation...fundamently sound and well-coached but you could defintely tell that was their 1st game. our field is back in really good shape and with the new additions and stuff we are adding on it should quickly become a site for many ppl to come and enjoy playing on... no bad hops and once our back-stop is complete it will be really nice. anyone else playing this weekend or monday??? i believe we play whh.

i understand the rankings that yall are putting forth but i am a little confused by if this is for the season, districts, or all together... i personally cannot give a ranking that could justify any team or represent any team until i (ncs) have played everyone. i mean mcewen is very weak, and i havent seen nor heard of WHH in a while...so are they not playing good, too busy to post, or surprising most people and their rankings by playing good baseball. clarksville is fundamently solid but they lack the "it" factor to be considered dangerous. they can obvisously beat anyone like any other sports team can on any given day but if teams show up then they will have to play great baseball. east lit. in my opinion is a one man team. they play good if he pitches good. yes he is good but incredible i've seen and played much better. i understand the score going into the 7th inning was only 3-1 but (and this question is for big tuck) how many times has jo byrns played a game were yall were not winning by a huge margin but never really felt threatened? i think a classic example would be our game in the district finals last year or for us the goodpasture game. in the district finals game i believe it is posted yall won 7-2 but we never threatened yall or our goodpasture score was 9-1 but going into the 5th inning it was 5-1 but we never really challenged goodpasture. i believe that jo byrns and ncs have the most depth, experience, and leadership going into this year and have the best chance to win most games. houton co. is a mystery to me but ive heard there young and talented. east robertson could have played bad and i can believe that but yall are not the same east robertson that has been talented over the last few years.but through hard work yall could and can have a good season. keep in mind that all otehr teams will be working hard as well. i wish the best of luck to all teams and in hopes that one if not 2 teams can represent district 10A proud.

i have yet to figure out how in the world our signs were picked up...i personally think that the last few posts are rediculous...honestly, yes east lit. (big chief) yall do have a very sound pitcher in #7. i believe that yall will be a very dangerous team come tourney time because of his capibility to keep batters off-balance and with a good pick-off move. i can also understand the concern that voldad has for your pitcher. now regardless of how many days, hours, or week he had to rest....it is his arm and he knows how it feels...i understand through conditioning and throwing multiple bull-pens you can get high in pitch count and as you (big chief) have previously stated ya'll monitor his count. i dont believe voldad was trying to a start a feud or anything but as a player myself and wanting to play at the college level you have to protect yourself...and he is very talented and ya'lls best player. it would be a shame to him throw his arm out. good luck in the rest of your season.....

so who is all supposed to play on friday??? we (ncs) play houston..is anyone else in action? and tuck are you sure that the post came from ezell? i play ball with him in the summer if it is trumphour, the ss for ezell and i could be wrong but he leads off and he would be one of the last people i would expect to say something like that. stayin on the subject of ezell they are supposed to be pretty good this year. lots of seniors...also tuck are you aware of the tourney down in florida last week??? im curious because teams like fra, cpa, and david lipscomb went down and got beat pretty bad and i was curious if that competition was as stiff as what yall played when yall went down....plz comment on the level of play in florida because yall killed those teams and then i know by surprise got beat by CA... which are fundamently sound but not what i would expect from a tourney in florida
