anybody have times for Cole this year??? i know he was at stud in xc this past fall, but last year he was not so hott in track, and his two mile qualifying time for the memphis section is like 10:38

if 3:30 is the best 4x400 in all a/aa, then i would say that all a/aa teams should consider themselves incredibly fortunate

is cpa playing at the highschool gym or allen arena??? because last time lipscomb hosted a sub-state game against bolivar, they were forced to play in allen arena

did MLK go undefeated in the district during the 2004-2005 season when they advanced to the state semi's???.........The I think the reason some of the lipscomb fans thought they should have wons is because I believe some of the lipscomb fans thought that Z hit the back board in either the first or second overtime when simpson had the put back at the buzzer

i appreciate the confidence, but i think at this point in my career, sub 15 is a slight stretch, but you never know. Maybe if i race with a jet pack

no, ill be there, there is no way im letting my high school cross country career end on a bad note, although i think the rest of the guys on my team that were going to run it are dropping out, so its just me

just looking at times last year on steeple and then their times at footlocker, it seems like there was around a 30 second difference, even with the runners like sean and clay who were running by themselves at state. I think if he has an average to good race low 15:50's, i think a good race puts him in the 40's

do you really think mahaney will drop the 30 something seconds from his pr to be all south?? If im not mistaken clay adams missed all south last year and he ran 15:3?. I don't doubt mahaneys ability but a 50 something drop from his steeple time and a 30 second drop from his pr seems like a stretch to me

good race for everyone today, Brandan ran out of his mind like everyone expected, and i think alot of people ran well, anyone know results for the other races, they arent up and i havent heard

if you ran the course 5 times a year like some people do, you would understand why we hate evrything about steeplechase, not to mention that alot of nashville guys train on the course too

Considering that alot of private school kids have been going to their school since Kindergarten do you really think that as 4 or 5 year olds, private school kids were thinking, man i want to go to FRA or some other school to run cross country. seriously

if usjc can improve at all, they should be the favorites. if im not mistaken they only graduated 1 person from last years team and he was like their number 6 runner so he didnt contribute much
