the old course is about a minute faster than the course now if u had the couple yards they added to the course last year and the 176 yards or meters thats on this years course so having 6 guys run sub 17 is definately better than fra's team in 01 if i remember their times correctly. anyone have those so i can compare them?

weather was great for running today! anyone know if its gonna stay like this?

they have run more meets than the one on tuesday smart one. one guy ran 17:12 one ran a 17:27 and the other ran a 17:29. the others did bad and they still got 2nd by six points. they'll be ok.

one of my best friends goes to dl and he says nobody is gonna know whats gonna hit them. theyre layin low bc they have nothin to prove in these races. its all about the last race. they want people to think theyre close when in reality theyre not gonna be.they have three guys under 17:25 three under 17:40 and one not far behind according to some past district races. it will be interesting to see what happens but i still hope we can beat em!

Pain train is a smart guy. These two guys are gonna be dominating some children along with kevin davis and zach rogers( 4.5 40 as a freshman, not very many players are gonna be able to catch him.) It's gonna be interesting to see what they're gonna do.

Man that get's old after a while. Those Lipscomb recruiters must have a good eye for the athletes because their stars like elrod, lehning, and rogers have all been goin their since elementary school so those are some incredible recruiting skills. i guess when you win ball games people have to start making excuses for why you are better than them but hey were used to it its ok.

This will be an incredible game against two longtime rivals. This will be a defensive show and an awesome game. Go Mustangs
