  1. Ok back to the game at hand guys. I know Giles hasn't had the season they may have wanted thus far, but I know they will be ready for the Tigers come Friday night. It's MC/GC everything up to this game is thrown out the door. Good old fashioned football. I know of Doc/Holder/Ordway, but I have a question about your LB. You guys had a good one last year. Is he still there? Can't think of his name but he was all over the field. MC played sloppy in their 42-8 win over Stratford. 4 turnovers. Hopefully Coach O gets that cleaned up this week. I seen a post from someone saying they hope MC overlooks Giles. That's not going to happen. MC knows GC is still a very good team. With that being said, I like the Tigers in a hard fought battle. Hoping for an injury free game, and safe travels for GC team/fans. Go Blue!!!
  2. @shadowcat please tell me you don't know the cornersville legend himself. Lol. DJ
  3. @catfan68 thanks. Good luck to your team as well. Spring Hill has a little RB that bounces off tackles. They actually were about to go up 14-0 on MC, but fumbled in the redzone. Don't overlook SH. As for the Tigers, they will have their hands full tonight, but I truly think they will be prepared. Win,loss, or draw I'll be here rooting them on as I always have. Side note - SH has a qb that looks good, but they don't use him enough. They are mostly a run team. I scratched my head on that when we played them. I hope all the 12aa games turn out to be good ones.
  4. Playmakers for MC - offense #9 walker, wr #4 Howard , wr #10 pleas , QB #19 posey. Defense- LB #49, OLB #6, SS #9, DB #21 I am sure I left some off, but all of these guys will have to have a great night on Friday to have any chance. I've seen highlights of CPA, including the beat down of giles. No need to tell me who your top playmakers are. Hoping for a good one.
  5. @shadowcat you are correct. I do understand what 64NB95 is trying to say. I am not a fan of the private vs public schools, but you have to play who is on the schedule. The Tigers will give it all they have, and try to leave there on top. I'm not counting them out until the final whistle blows. Call it drinking the blue kool-aid all you want. It sure has tasted good up to this point. Good luck to both teams. #MC
  6. Big game this Friday, and it just so happens to be for the district 12aa title. CPA comes in as the favorite, while Marshall comes in confident with only one tough loss on the season. CPA has not played a full game with their starters this season and that just speaks of how well coached this team is. Reminds me off the David Lipscomb teams of the early 2000's, not always the fastest or most athletic team on the field, just fundamentally sound. The Tigers know they will have their hands full. It will take a nearly perfect game to compete with this CPA team, and MC is up to the challenge. I've had a strong source to the MC team for the past few years, and he told me told me tonight to not think for one second that the Tigers are going to hand anything to CPA. Said if they won't it, they gotta take it. Gotta love the leadership on this team. I hope for an exciting, hard-hitting, injury free game for both teams. Go Blue!!! Giles fans will be posting in 5.4.3.2.1....... Lol
  7. Really good broadcast. Thank you for sharing.
  8. Ha I'm sure your hoping to. Forecast should be sunny.
  9. Cascade comes to Lewisburg for the first time while being in district 12aa Friday night. Last year this game came down to the very last play, and the champions ended up on top. The Tigers remember that defeat as well as the basketball chaos that went on last year. These teams do not like each other at all. I would be worried that it's homecoming week, but MC has great leaders on the team and good coaches to keep them focused. I say MC wins this game to become 6-1. Go Blue!!!!
  10. The Page QB has a sick pump fake, and throws the ball really well. I think they will hang around for a while , but giles county's overall team speed will lead them to victory. 35-21 giles co. Stand behind your young men they will be fine, and they see what you post. Trust me I had a few years of storms over here supporting the Tigers. Just glad the sun is finally peaking through. Good luck to both schools.
  11. @wiseoldmangiles way to be classy. Shelbyville has tons of athletes. Giles is not a bad team either. County teams have to deal with down years. Good Luck to the Eagles and Bobcats the rest of the way except for when Giles plays MC. Maybe we can finally meet up when you guys come to Lewisburg.
  12. That is really impressive. Keep it up young man. Lot's of respect for this program and it's coaches.
  13. You looking for the D wingman? Sicko. We won and big at that. Who is your team?
  14. Spring Hill is a much improved team from last year, and trust me the Tigers aren't overlooking them. Turchetta would love nothing more than to beat the Tigers on Friday night, and the MC players know that. Don't expect MC to get upset in this one. Go Blue. @Playthegame150 what's up with the girly cursive writing? Man up..... . Tigers by 14
  15. @falconfever77 very well spoken my friend. Giles is as fair weather as it comes. Lose a game they call for the coaches head. Lose two in a row and they attack the kids. Wow!!! . I've all ways rode with my Tigers through the good times and bad times. The roar has been restored. Osteen belongs to us now. Give up the past. Go big blue!!!
  16. Never. Giles doesn't pull for MC, and MC doesn't pull for Giles. That is about the only understanding we have with each other.
  17. @Tigereye classic response. Lol. @likearock looks like GC cares about the tiggers. Lol. Go Blue. Stay tuned.
  18. How will this district play out? CPA is still the favorite. MC looks good. Spring Hill is turning heads.
